I want to thank Benjamin and Naiymah for the exceptional care they provide to my grandmother. Benjamin is always quick to step in and help, showing reliability and strong attentiveness. Naiymah went above and beyond by answering my call to my grandmother’s phone while assisting her, ensuring I could stay connected—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. They both exceed expectations and play a vital role in the quality of care. Thank you for not only supporting my grandmother, but also giving me peace of mind. Their care truly reflects the high standard of compassion at New Seasons!
With the exception of a few wonderful people, the staff is cold and uncaring. When my dad passed I got a call saying “He is deceased”. That’s it. Not a single word of condolences from ANYBODY. I could say so much, but I’ll leave at “do not bring anyone you love to this place” for MANY reasons.

I have lived at NewSeasons at New Britain since January of 2025. It is a really nice place to live and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. The staff is very professional, caring and always willing to help. The caregivers have alot of patience and very kind. The apartment is very cozy and fits alot of my furniture. Transportation is available and schedules many trips to include stores, restaurants and casinos. There is also along vehicle for medical appointments. Very happy
Don't assume anything. Have a POLST when moving in. Know that there is a transition period during which the resident may be out of sorts. Don't pre-purchase meds as meds must be purchased from the facility's contracted pharmacy. I recommend to others.
I like the location, the services they offer, the availability of the nursing staff to help or to answer questions. The PA comes once a month, which is so helpful to keep up to date on medical issues, without ever leaving the facility.
NewSeasons at New Britain is a very nice and very well-maintained place. It's clean and new. The people are very friendly. The apartments are beautiful. The studio is nice. There's a little bit bigger one available, which is also very nice, but a little more expensive. The studio is wonderful for just one person. My mother stayed there and thought their food was wonderful. When you have a tour, they offer you lunch, so you can experience the community as well as perhaps try the fare there. They were wonderful about the tour. They have different levels available. It is very well kept. The dining area is a regular kind of cafeteria-like setup. The residents who can come down do come down and enjoy the fare. There were three squares and snacks, and everyone seemed very pleased with them.
What we like the most about the community is The staff. The staff and the staff. Yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
