3.2 · 25 reviewsExtremely unprofessional business practices. Our company provided supplemental services to this facility, but they have completely refused to pay for the work rendered. Despite reaching out to our point of contact over 30 times via email, we have received zero resolution. Avoid doing business with them if you expect to be paid for your services.
Nurses were great. The administrator provably lied straight to my face on 2 different topics. The staff and i think she is a joke.
They can't even pay their employees without the news showing up so that tells you what the standards of care are probably like

My mother went to Mountain Laurel Rehab after she had her hip surgery in March 2024 I found the staff to be friendly and they took time to answer our questions. Her medication and physical therapy was done on time. They provide different activities for her to participate. My mom recovered faster than expected for an 85 year old and we credit them for this. My mom told us that if she ever had to go to rehab or nursing home in the future, she would like us to bring her back to Mountain Laurel.
My brother moved to Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. I don't think that people get paid enough to do what they do. That's my biggest concern. The prices are a little out of hand to me. There aren't enough people to work and you can't receive the best care that they should provide. They should spend more time with their patients. The staff was okay. Some are better than others and some are more helpful. The rooms need to be cleaned more often, but there's no help.
Great Staff!!! Very friendly!!! The nursing and rehab department is wonderful with the patients. There is always something for the residents to do. There is continuous socialization and activities is always doing something fun and new.
Nobody answers the phone here. I get routed to the desk I wish to speak to and I'm on hold until I give up. I've also been disconnected several times. Update 4/1/23 I called 3 times this evening. The first time I was on holding for 10 minutes, 5 min the 2nd time, then another 5 min the third attemt. It seems my concerns from 3 years ago were not taken into consideration when they were passed to mgmt.
I was here for short term for rehab (18 days) I was very pleased with the rehab and nursing care. I have gotten my legs stronger to hopefully not keep falling at home. I gave this home a 5 star on my complete stay. I would recommend staying here for rehab.
