As soon as you walk in, you’re always greeted warmly by the concierge whether it’s Ken, Tillie or the other staff who are so warm and friendly and always treat my mom so nicely. Robin is concierge and drives patients to appointments when needed and my mom has said she really appreciates Robin driving and getting her to and from her appointments seamlessly. My mom moved in here in December 2025. She’s very happy and well cared for. I really can’t express my appreciation enough because the staff has been truly amazing! As soon as you walk in, you’re always greeted warmly by the concierge whether it’s Ken, Tillie or the other staff who are so warm and friendly and always treat my mom so nicely. Robin is concierge and drives patients to appointments when needed and my mom has said she really appreciates Robin driving and getting her to and from her appointments seamlessly. The wellness staff is exceptional, professional and very caring on 2nd floor including LaTasha, Natasha and Maria. The aides are so helpful and kind and truly work so hard. Special thanks to Laura and Brian and so many others! I really appreciate so very much how well you take care of my mom!!
The manager Latasha Williams was so compassionate and ver respectful helpful to me and my parents we love it here I recommend this facility.
Watching Morningside's Blue Bell staff be so attentive to residents in such a cozy community was a reminder of what we all want for ourselves and our loved ones. It was also great to see how conducive the building's design is to making it a bit easier for those who are hard of hearing to hear each other in the many snug and home like areas they have to socialize.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s exciting to see all of the positive changes and new things coming to the community. From enhanced programs and activities to continued improvements, there is so much to look forward to. It’s clear that the staff is committed to making Morningside House of Blue Bell an exceptional place for residents to call home. Highly recommend!
Caregivers are absolutely wonderful. All of them deserve 5 stars. They are kind and compassionate. They are the heart and soul of the community and rarely acknowledged or shown that they are appreciated or valued by the management team. When I asked why do you remain working here there response is we love the residents! We are here for them!! Since my mother has resided at Morningside, I have seen many changes in management and staff. Within two months, I have watched managers and caregivers come and go. It's become a revolving door. The most recent loss was when Elena, the Memory Care director resigned. She was great with the residents and family members and had a wealth of knowledge. Her position is still unfilled.. Many of the families have contacted the corporate office along with me. 1 am still waiting for a response from the CEO Kelli Mason
We moved my mom to Morningside after a truly difficult experience at another facility. When I talk about Morningside, I describe it through what I believe are the three essential Pillars of Excellence in assisted living and memory care: clinical quality, human connection, and family trust. Morningside exemplifies all three. Every — and I mean every — staff member is a consummate professional who genuinely cares for each resident. From the moment my mom arrived, we felt our stress melt away. She was welcomed with kindness, dignity, and competence, and for the first time in a long while, we can simply enjoy our visits instead of worrying. Morningside has earned both my trust and my respect. I would not hesitate to give my highest personal recommendation.
The Morningside House team is amazing! As my brother and I searched in October 2025 for a well run assisted living facility for mom after a stroke and seizures we were treated with kindness, compassion, and professional competence by this team. I am impressed with the caliber of professionalism of all staff and leadership - Executive Director/Wellness-Nursing/Activities/Dining/ Facilities. A clean facility, tasty food, compassionate care, and neat activities! Although this is a difficult transition for my whole family my brother and I feel comfortable mom's being well cared for in a nice place.
A beautiful community with a fantastic team! Many of the caregivers at this community have a ton of longevity which is rare in the health care world nowadays. I recommend this community to families I work with knowing they will receive excellent care!
