My father received excellent care in his last weeks of life on the second floor rehab wing. While he wasn't able to rehab his strength from pnemonia due to a cancer diagnosis he received while housed there, he was able to remain in his same room and continue to receive the high level of care he became accustomed to. The meals, services and accommodations provided were consistently high quality. My family and I would like to especially thank Chantel, George, Janet and Jesse for their exemplary care and compassion. They are earthly angels and were a blessing not only to my father but to our…

Very friendly atmosphere too 😜🙏 🙌. ..
As a Healthcare field worker, not affiliated with this facility ( just an on-looker) I can say without a doubt, if you're lucky enough to engage with Wendy in the dementia unit, or have a family member temporarily residing there... you have yourself a unicorn, of a nurse! I don't think she knows how GREAT she is! I watched and listened repeatedly, time after time. Engage with her residents, with genuine LOVE and COMPASSION, something seemingly, SO hard to find in a lot of today's Healthcare employees. It really moved me. Hats off to you Wendy. You made me feel welcome too, and at ease. Btw…

Maybe touch up those putting greens in the back! Xo
I visited Moravian Manor twice because my girlfriend was very interested. It was very nice. The people were very nice, but I don't want that community. I don't want to go outside in the wintertime. Very few things are connected. If you want to use the swimming pool, you have to use the community swimming pool at Lititz. They don't have their own pool or anything. Everything is so scattered. I don't want to go outside; I want everything connected. It's a beautiful community if you want to go outside in the winter. The apartments were very nice. They were a little bit bigger than most of them are. However, I was not impressed with their dining area. It was not elegant in any manner. It was tables, chairs, and vinyl flooring. The staff were all very pleasant. The maintenance looked very good. It's a beautiful community if you like to go outside to do things, but their big apartment wasn't connected to anything.
Amazing caring Assisted Living environment. Friendly, caring homey. Modern clean.
Moravian Manor was a wonderful facility. My mother was surrounded by loving staff, they were always improving the facility, and it’s just a beautiful location up Lichester Country. We were very pleased with the care that she got there for a long time. They would have bingo and different discussion groups. Once a month or so they would take them outings, and residents would do bowling from their wheelchairs so they would take them on different outings, and the grounds were beautiful. The meals were good, and they had a nice café in the building where you could purchase different items.
I'm sure it's a nice place but the admissions/marketing person seems to be overwhelmed as she does not return phone calls. Or is not interested in meeting new potential clients Tony A.
My review is for the memory support center, where my mother resides. My mother was at willow valley before her memory failed and we were not excited about the rules-filled corporate nature of the community. Moravian manor is the opposite. The memory support facility is modern with a wonderful staff, a small house feel and large comfortable rooms surrounding a central kitchen. I looked at literally 10 facilities in the Lancaster county area offering similar services and found Moravian manor to be the best.
