They said he was mentally incompetent but he wasn't mentally incompetent enough to sign a check that's all They cared about was getting his money. They were so happy that he was self-pay. He ended up catching pneumonia and was very sick he should have been at the hospital way before they sent him even the hospital said how did he get this sick the nurses weren't even shocked when they realize where he came from. They have rats running around which can make…

Always attentive nursing staff. The weekend crew is very prompt. Friendly n caring. Always a fresh cup of water also.
So this is the worst place ever to take ur loved ones. They are very understaffed, have no idea what there doing . No one sight physicians. Poorly run. My uncle died, because of the poor care he received. Place is a joke. From nursing to front office

The staff are amazing but the 3.9 rate listing is not accurate at all. I was there a week and I saw mice in my room. Staff was indifferent, bugs in bathroom and worst of all, a patient had bed bugs. They took him to common shower to wash the bugs off of him. They had to spray his room and next day they had to spray the day room. Some nurses were giving patients option of shower or bed bath depending on how comfortable we were about bed bugs having been in the shower. I wet a washcloth that was given to me to wash up and when wet it turned brown like it was used to wipe feces and just thrown in laundry. The only thing that kept me there was the staff. Despite the short staff they are always compassionate, and treat patients well.

Had an awesome visit with my aunt Everyone was so friendly
I only encountered one nurse. But she was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. When a patient had asked a question about an item missing in their meal, the nurse had turned off the call button and left the room while complaining. It is unprofessional And is disgusting to see how they treat elderly people here. Also, the beds and rooms are outrageously priced for what you’re paying for. The meals are equal to if not worse than school cafeteria lunches.
