3.1 · 59 reviewsMy sister is here. She is happy with the friendly staff, cleanliness of the room, activities, and food. Her mental health is improving from social interactions with others. Down side, she has NO TV even after several requests over the past 3 months. There are a lot of promises but, so far no results. Makes it hard if anyone is bed fast..
The facility is very clean. I noticed that as soon as I walked into the building. The staff is very friendly. They recently within the last few months are under new ownership and it seems to be working out well for them! Many new updates. I’ve had several family members here and would never take a loved one somewhere else. Don’t let these negative comments keep you away. Take a tour and meet the staff and see for yourself. The residents seem to like the activities a lot. There is always something going on for them.
The staff are so kind and I rest easy knowing my mom is cared for so well. The facility is always spotless too.

Where is the resident she is paying for the services I’m not sure if she likes the amount or not but seeing how happy she is there and comfortable. I’m very pleased although she does complain about the food sometimes at something you’ll have to check into.
They drag their feet with everything. Wound care is a joke . They don't offer to help clean you up. And medication is always an issue. And you can always expect attitude when asking for anything Also not gentle at all they treat you like a side of beef when they have to move you There's also nothing like having your main wound dressing changed after 10:00 p.m. And the list goes on .
If could give 0 stars, I would. My grandfather was there for 3.5 days before we moved him out and found other options. He wasn’t getting his medicine, the physical therapy he was there for, or any type of care for that matter. The staff blatantly ignored him and were less than helpful. They seemed annoyed to have to be doing their jobs and I’m not sure anyone was qualified to be doing their jobs anyways. Would never ever recommend this facility.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE. my loved one was they for 5 days TOO MANY..They don't answer call bells, they leave the patients sitting in their own feces. Everyone that works there is "AGENCY" and don't know answers to anything you ask them. They do not give medicines or meals on time. When I left there one evening, the aides and nurse were standing at the desk talking while patient's call bells were going off I've started the process to report them to the state. CONTACT YOUR LOCAL OMBUDSMAN if you had the same problems
Staff is helpful and attentive.
