The food services are horrible. Many times the residents don't receive all the food items on their menu. The meals often come late and the food is cold.

No one answers the phone when you call to talk to a patient, and father-in-law fell out of chair there, but call button was out of reach. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

IS THERE A WAY TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE MILLION? Rooms are filthy. Understaffed. PT department workers would be better suited to preschool daycare. There is no PT or OT actually happening. The food is absolutely disqusting, if they remember to bring your tray. Shower, bathing, changing may or may not get done, may take a few days. Pain meds or any meds are okay if they forget. At least in their mind. Administrators, social workers....wait..do they actually care about anyone? NOPE Bottom line is if you want loved one to suffer and live in filth. End up worse than prior to admittance this is the…

Beautiful facility! I had the pleasure of taking a tour this morning and got to meet the Administrator, Tara. She was super sweet and very knowledgeable about the facility, which really made me feel very comfortable about bringing my mom there. I also noticed it looked and smelled nice, which is kind of hard to do in a facility, so kudos to the staff there!

Wonderful facility and also extremely clean. Very caring staff in all departments! Administrator, Tara, is absolutely fantastic! So friendly and always willing to help in any way. I would highly recommend this facility.

This place sucks they do not take care of our uncle he waits hours without getting any attention when he rings for them he was in the restroom n they just left him in there the staff don't deserve a job there they need to be closed down...

Don't suggest letting your family or friends come here. Most staff suck.... as I lay here for therapy reason & wow their not so great 😕 I am a quadruplegiant & came last Friday & they still have not a legit call bell that is a special kind & i no longer have a roommate so I am left to scream for help.I could get real & say more but we are going to leave it until the end of my stay.....stay tuned.

I cant say enough about the staff here! My mom was in the dementia unit and received excellent care. Amanda was exceptional to deal with. And the guy who wears shorts all winter like I do, he was awesome! And the hospice nurse too. They made sure my mom was always comfortable and not only took care of her but took care of us as well. Brought us hot and cold drinks and snacks. Answered all our million questions and were very patient. Another reviewer commented the phone is never answered which is true, not sure why because there are always workers at the desks. Thanks guys for everything you did for my mom and us!
