Amazing staff, very kind and loving group of people. The CEO Charlotte is a gem. Everyone works well with one another and they take excellent care of their residents. It's like a big family here and all of the residents are happy and content. I have nothing but good things to say. It's drama free and the best nursing facility I have ever worked at! I would recommend The Lutheran Home at Kane to anyone!
The facility is very clean. They have a great activities department. Some employees our great and some not so good and really don't want to be there. Not good communication with families. Not great patient care by a handful of employees. But as far as homes go, half way decent. The CEO is the best thing going for it. Director of nursing, rather not say

Have bought a stove and a dryer and now a refrigerator in the last month and a half great service awesome employees big shout out to Carol
