Londonderry Village is a very poorly run and managed facility. Staff are unprofessional and dishonest. I would never recommend this facility to friends or family.
I’ve applied to their Med Tech position they put on indeed. I applied in Jan, Oct and Dec all of 2024 with a response from one of the recruiters, and stated someone will get back to me which never happened. I have 25 years of experience, with being a Med Tech/PCA.. I think they are unprofessional in how they run things over there.
As we move through different healthcare needs, our family member always continues to receives excellent care & support. A truly great community. Grateful!
I toured Londonderry Village. They have a restaurant, a pool, and bus trips. The places are beautiful, especially the new ones, but they're more expensive. The receptionist was very nice. However, the money they want upfront is absolutely out of this world.
A wonderful retirement community. It has 3 levels of care. Beautiful grounds, wonderful caring employees, lots to do every day.
I toured Londonderry Village. It was very large and very friendly. However, the responses to our calls were slightly delayed. I had to be a little bit more persistent with them than I did with the other place. The apartments were very nice and very clean. They're not as new compared to the other place. The staff menber who gave the tour was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I didn't try food, but I checked the dining area. It was above average. It was satisfactory.
Very beautiful. Clean and nicely maintained.
Nicely landscaped, neat well layed out community. I know people who live in the cottages and they are very happy with their home and the community amenities and activities.
