Do not send your loved one who is elderly or unable to advocate for themselves or immoble. They removed her from a diabetic drug she had been taking for over 30 years without weening her off. The doctor never enters the room or places a stethascope to their chest. Some nurses are rude and mean to the patients, my mother was given a drug she was allergic to and was unable to stand because of the dizziness and unable to eat because of nausea and vomiting or sleep from burning and dry eyes. We insisted they switch drugs and the doctor would not. This made her unable to participate in therapy even though she wanted to and they wrote her up as uncooperative with therapy, so insurance would not cover her rehab after next hospital stay. Head nurse was also unaware that her sugar level had dropped so low that she had memory loss for several days, and did not figure it out till I pushed them to check records. She came home with a bed sore on her heel that they had not detected. I kept her on facetime most of the time. One of the nurses made accusations that my mother was making herself sick because of my catching her in mean comments. Not all were bad but the important medical parts were not covered and accurate records were not reported to insurance claims for future use. This has harmed my mother's and our chances for future care because of pettiness and poor care that put her back in the hospital less than a month later.

Staff was very attentive and treated my father excellent. Therapy was daily. Highly recommend.

great staff kind did an amazing job with family member
