The staff was caring, helpful, and attentive, and I truly appreciated the kindness and respect shown to him throughout his time there. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Thank you to everyone who made his stay a positive experience!
Understaffed and poor care. The meals are substandard and cold. Concerned for medication and testing nonexistent. No concern for the family.
Dr was great. First time going there. Free parking. Staff was great. Very friendly.

It's a really nice doctor office
My mother was recently at LECOM Senior Living Facility and we couldn’t be more pleased with the thorough level of care and concern for her by the staff. From doctors and NPs, assistants to nurses, to social workers and physical therapists, everyone was extremely professional and caring. They were also very communicative, keeping us informed of her needs and changes in care. I could name a few staff but I’d be afraid I would leave someone out. They were all amazing! I highly recommend this facility!
A nurse here by the name of Elenor. Constantly trying to get the aides fired, consistently causing issues between staff and not very nice to the residents! I was visiting my mother and witnessed some of the worst characteristics to have as a nurse in this girl.
My Mother was there a few months ago. We loved all the attention from the staff and the head nurse Mary Jo made sure to take care of a few things we worried about right away! Food was good. Clean place, could have better activities not much going on in that department. We would pick it again and probably will have to.
