I have a friend at this facility in erie he has been there for 2weeks staff very friendly and rooms are clean.but what I do have a problem with is communication I have placed phone calls and left messages for social worker to get in contact with me and no return phone calls as we live in ny and cannot comute to erie everyday
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was just what I needed while transitioning from the hospital to home Very kind , sweet & welcoming staff & residences
My first time at a rehab center. I had wonderful care givers met great people. I would recommend. It is an older facility needs some sprucing up but as far as the employees they were wonderful.
Horrible rehab facility! Friends father was mistreated and neglected !if you plan to bring a loved one here you may want to rethink that ! I am truly disturbed by this facility.
My neighbor stayed over Christmas and it was terrible the food has small portions and she was still hungry and she is an diabetic and her sugar went down she rang for the nurse and finally they gave her cookies. When she was there before she loved it that's why she went back there not anymore.
My wife works here so if she I'd working the day you visit she is the best an most polite person who loves what she does...
This place gives great care my dads day shift nurse Latrice is awesome she’s always on the ball she’s compassionate and you can tell she really loves her job!!!!!
Not even 1 star. The nurses are terrible and unable to manage simple nursing. I know because I am a nurse myself. My grandfather is there and since he has been there he has needed a below knee amputation and will need another amputation within the month. We tried to send him to the hospital last month and they refused to do anything for his leg. They don't identify problems, intervene when there are problems and cover up their mistakes. All we hear are excuses. We have had care plan meetings which is all air because they never do what they say they will do. Do not send your loved ones here. We have called state on them multiple times.
