Lakewood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

My aunt recently was a resident at Lakewood for rehab. This was my first experience with this facility, and I must say it was a pleasant one. From the moment my aunt arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, compassion, and respect. During my visits, I observed the staff engaging with her and working diligently to provide all residents with dignity and outstanding care. The facility was clean and the rooms nice. The staff was always attentive, and responded promptly whenever she needed assistance. Everyone was always hard at work. It was reassuring to know that her needs were never overlooked and that someone was always available to help. Every employee I encountered—whether they were nursing staff or support staff—was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about the well-being of all the residents. Their dedication and hard work did not go unnoticed. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care my aunt received and would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a place where their loved one will be treated with dignity, compassion, and outstanding care. My brother Ed has been a resident of Lakewood for the past several months, and is currently receiving hospice care at the facility. The staff are caring and attentive to his needs and are doing their best to make him comfortable and pain-free. I greatly appreciate their efforts on my brother's behalf.

The cleanliness of this facility was great, while visiting my brother Mike he said staff were good to him I also met some consumers while leaving and they were so caring about my injury

Nurses were very attentive and explained in a way we could understand. I don't care for no alarms on the bed tho. And the non use of the texas catheter.
