Today we had lunch with him to celebrate his birthday and the food was amazing, and the staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful, as usual! We had such a nice time with him! The staff just takes such good care of the residents, and you can tell that they truly love their jobs, which makes the residents feel loved, and it makes it a wonderful place to live!
As soon as you walk through the front doors you are welcomed home! The staff treat the residents as their own family members. This facility has exceeded all expectations!
Great staff and facility!! Staff is incredibly compassionate and attentive. Always clean and welcoming. Tons of activities going on for residents. Great place highly recommend!!!

Keystone is a beautiful community, but what makes them different is the people. Both the residents and staff are warm, friendly and inclusive. From the moment you want thru the door, you are welcomed. And on a warm summer day, the greetings start on the front porch.
Having our mother at Keystone Villa was one of the best decisions our family has ver made. From the moment my parents walked in, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and compassion. The staff treats every resident with respect, dignity, and the personalized care that goes above and beyond. The community is always clean and maintained. The food is excellent and there are a multitude of activities each and every day. We have peace of mind knowing Mom is in good hands. We couldn’t be more grateful. Kudos to Keystone Villa!
From day one of starting the process of the Villa for my family members it has been so positive and their help has made this transition for my family member very smooth. My mother and Aunt really are enjoying their new homes and all the activities and new friends that they are both gaining at this time.
5 for all categories. Friendly staff, well manned, informative when issues happen. Facilities are clean and they offer a very helpful selection of services. They feed them well and are flexible with dinning hours. Occasionally I have gotten my dad back late. They still prepared a meal for him.
Keystone Villa at Fleetwood was very nice. I liked how the room was set up, but I also liked the various activities that they had. There are 133 people there, and the tour guide, Jackie, who's the public relations person, knew everyone we encountered, which says a lot for building that community. I met one of the activity directors, and the person at the front desk was very helpful. The staff was outstanding. It was very orderly, and I liked how they were having a jazz singer for the happy hour, which they do every Thursday. They have the ability to move their furniture to accommodate having things in different places.
