Keystone Villa at Douglassville

I have recently moved to Keystone Villa in Douglassville and am very satisfied with the friendly and engaged staff, the dietary selections and the many entertainment and activity selections. Keystone has exceeded my expectations. I am well satisfied overall.

Beautiful place! Friendly staff! My mom was in a studio apt which was a perfect size for her and had everything she needed in it. I can't speak for the other apartment types because I never saw them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I haven't heard someone yet complain about their job.

I can not say enough about Keystone Villa at Douglassville suffering from dementia is freighting for the person and their family. I am comfortable with my mom living at Keystone. Everyone is friendly, caring. and compassionate. She is receiving wonderful care. When I walked into her room and a staff person is hugging her. melt my heart and I know she is in good hands I feel like part of their family when I visit her. The community is well-managed and clean. There are lots of activities throughout the day. Thank you Keystone!

I found myself in an overwhelming situation when my 88-yearold aunt, Frieda, needed immediate care due to unforeseen family and financial challenges. I knew Keystone Villa had a good reputation, so I sent an inquiry late one Sunday night. By 10 a.m. the very next morning, I received a call from Kristine, the Sales Director. Her warmth, professionalism, and empathy immediately put me at ease during a very stressful time. She provided a tour that same afternoon and introduced me to Dawn, who reassured me about the high level of care and services available. Both Kristine and Dawn made me feel confident that my aunt would be in good hands. Throughout the process, I met more amazing team members who went above and beyond to support my family. Jeremy, the Manager on Duty, took time on a busy weekend to give my sister, brother-in-law, and me a thorough tour. Despite being stopped multiple times by residents needing assistance, he managed it all with professionalism and care, never making us feel rushed. His interactions with residents demonstrated just how much this team truly cares. When we returned to finalize the decision, Jordan, the Executive Director, provided unwavering support. He answered every question, addressed every concern, and worked tirelessly to ensure the move would be as seamless as possible— even when unexpected delays arose. His patience, empathy, and genuine care for my aunt’s well-being were remarkable. Since moving in just over a week ago, my aunt’s transformation has been nothing short of miraculous. She went from being wheelchair-bound and withdrawn to walking independently with her walker and exploring the community several times a day. Her smile and laughter have returned, something we hadn’t seen in a very long time. The entire team at Keystone Villa has been phenomenal. From Sharon, Laura and Jenna at the front desk, who greet us with warmth and keep us updated, to Steve in maintenance, who handles every request with efficiency and care, to the dining and housekeeping teams who ensure my aunt feels comfortable and cared for—the dedication of every staff member shines through. My aunt even raves about the overnight staff and loves knowing there’s always someone available 24/7. Everyone here has not only made her feel at home but has also given me and my family peace of mind knowing she’s in the best possible place. Keystone Villa at Douglassville is more than just a facility—it’s a community filled with compassionate people who truly care about their residents and their families.
