One star is being nice. If this is your only option, just don't. people can be a fall risk and fall without anyone knowing. Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but that didn't last long. Not sure what's funding this place for this long but it shouldn't be called assisted living when there was no assistance. It's very dark and dreary, and there was a bug that ran across the beaten down bed from 1980. Also, the people who work here...please learn what Parkinson's is and lewy body dementia! Ignorant staff and even worse supervisor. Your person can fall in their room and their workers can't even be bothered to walk down the hallways hourly to make sure people are okay. This place is known for neglect. Don't do it. Your family member is better off struggling at home alone.
Thank,thank
I have done my CNA clinic training at Kane. I appreciate everyone for everything that they had done. The stuff members are really helpful and respectful.Thank you Ms Emily she is such a nice person. Parking free doing training and meals for free I like that.
As a caregiver and working in this facility for the first time today was a delight and every one was well taken care of and clean. I recommend this facility to professionals and for your loved ones in need of care
Clean, great residents care
Have difficulty seeing buddy. I'm somewhat limited. My mobility is very challenging. After a half dozen times to find parking I have decided to post this complaint . There is only 4 handicapped parking in front. The only other spots are around the side of the building. Ridiculous, as you cannot gain access there. Someone in authority needs to reevaluate this situation.
My Mother has been here for a month now and they treat her wonderful, they also treat my son and myself like we are all family. I'm so glad that I chose Kane McKeesport.
Very good and compassionate environment. Friendly staff.
