Poor care for residents, monetary discrepancies by administrators for failing to provide monthly statements when asked for my brothers accounts. Unhealthy meals, safety issues, No fire drills taking place on a regular basis, and when they do, they are " scheduled" residents are evacuated to the front porch then the alarm is pulled. Resident are charged 2 and 3 times for the services they pay out of pocket for. When you ask to speak to the administrator she becomes immediately unavailable in her basement office. If a resident voices a complaint there is strong retribution toward that resident.…

Resident are charged 2 and 3 times for the services they pay out of pocket for. When you ask to speak to the administrator she becomes immediately unavailable in her basement office. If a resident voices a complaint there is strong retribution toward that resident. I will be looking for another placement for my family member. This woman's business should be immediately shut down by the Department of health.
