My mother suffered a fall at home and, after her hospital stay, was admitted to Jenners Pond Nursing Home for rehabilitation. I was truly amazed by the therapy team. They motivated my mom to get up, move, and participate in therapy—something I never thought possible since she has never been interested in exercising. The care she received was excellent. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and available whenever she needed assistance. When my mom first entered rehab, we honestly thought the chances of her returning home were very slim. Thanks to the dedication of the therapy team and the outstanding care she received, she was able to regain her strength and safely return home. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at Jenners Pond for helping my mom achieve what we thought was impossible. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of skilled nursing or rehabilitation services.

Beautiful retirement community offering independent living, home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled short term rehab and long term care services with excellent dining options, compassionate care that is tailored to your loved ones needs and preferences, use of technology to help reduce hospitalizations and drive personalized care.

We recently moved Mom into Jenner's Pond in the Independent Living Community at Jenner's Pond. We were blown away at all the things available to her with recently losing my Dad did not want her to be lonely. They have a woodshop, a ceramics and pottery studio, dog park for her beloved poodle, a Hibachi Grill and are building a new golf simulator. We met the Executive Director Brandon seems like fun guy and new Assistant Director Brian on our Tour. I am just so happy we made the right choice at Jenner's Pond and we have options for care right there as Mom grows older and needs more help in the future.... Thank you Dawn, Brandon and Brian for providing the best we could have ever imagined for MOM!!!!

Jenners Pond has exceeded every expectation. After speaking with Holly, who is always available and incredibly supportive, I finally felt confident about my dad being here for rehab. We’ve been through three different facilities, and Jenners Pond is the only one where nurses consistently answer the phone and communicate clearly. My dad actually enjoys therapy here, which has never happened anywhere else. The staff, the responsiveness, and the quality of care make Jenners Pond stand out in every way. Highly recommended.

Visited my Dad in Memory Care. Recently they just completed renovations in their Memory Care and Assisted Living. When touring other facilities. All of them had a smell of old urine and poo. I have visited my dad during all hours. Never had a smell, staff engaged, residents always look clean. Can ask for anything else. I can sleep at night knowing my dad is cared for.

Not worth it !

UPDATE: We finally got the refund in November 2024. (He passed away in February 2023) We were contacted by the Executive Director James Clancy in June 2024 that the apartment had been "sold." My husband asked how long it would take to get the refund and he was told 2 months. My husband sent emails to follow up on 8/7/24 and 8/13/24. Was told there was a delay but no reason why. We continually emailed for updates and he stopped responding altogether. I found the contact information for the President and CEO of the parent company, Karen McKinley, and I emailed her and forwarded all of our emails with Clancy. She replied immediately. She was extremently responsive and helpful. If I changed my 1 star rating, it would be because of her. We toured Jenner’s Pond Independent Living (JP) with my 84 yr old father-in-law in the spring of 2022. The facilities are very nice, and the food is excellent. He sold his house in May 2022 and moved into his apartment in mid-July. There is a substantial “Entrance Payment” required. Per the contract, starting on the 4th month after occupancy, JP amortizes this entrance fee at a rate of 1% per month until the 40th month and they keep that portion. After 44 months of residency, upon death or termination of the agreement, JP will return 50% of the entrance payment. My father-in-law unfortunately passed away in February 2023. Had we been involved with signing the contract, we would have discouraged him from moving into Jenner’s Pond. The contract is rather vague regarding the return of the entrance fee after the resident has passed away. Residents are treated as renters and they do not own the apartment. However, per the contract, you do not receive a refund of the entrance payment until they receive a replacement entrance payment. Translation: you do not receive the refund until they re-lease the apartment. You do not have ANY control over this. The part that is vague – it is our assumption that they are still amortizing the entrance payment and will do so up until the 44 months at which point they will return 50% of it to the estate. So, there is NO motivation for them to show or re-lease the apartment. If you or a family member is considering Jenner’s Pond, make sure you read the contract, understand the contract and you are willing to live with them holding on to your money.

Beautiful place and everyone is awesome. Always a pleasant environment when you walk in. Never seen a better place.
