Infusion Nurse Specialists

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this agency. I had started with this agency a few months ago and everything was going well until another nurse was hired and sent for my infusion who constantly missed my port and the last time she came she missed my port 2x in one visit and had to leave and i could not get my infusion that day. Ever since then the owner has been very unreliable and would constantly change the time and day on me and sometimes text the morning of saying she was behind and could she come later also many times would not give me a time until the night before. I had expressed many times that I needed a more steady schedule because of prior commitments. The excuse always was "Wel you are a weakly infusion" which is nonsense because i worked with another agency for years with no issues. The straw that broke the camels back was this week she asked to come on tuesday when my regular day was thursday and i said ok, i informed her that my medication would not be delivered until tuesday morning but she was not coming until 1 pm, she kept texting the whole day asking if the shipment came yet and then wrote let's do thursday as a statement and later on i missed the delivery due to some shipping issues and i texted her that and she wrote "i will need to report this to the pharmacy and btw i have no time this week" and when i questioned her about thursday she claimed i never replied and she wrote as a statement not a question and she came back with yeah you are right but i still have no time. If you need reliability i do not recommend this agency. The professional ism is severely lacking and the staff is questionable. Whenever i was expected to be flexible i was, but if I needed flexibility it was always a problem. I tried my best to work with it and hold on a review but this is not ok and not something anyone should have to deal with. Go with another agency!
