From the receptionist to the test admistriators they treated me with respect and caring! I was completely put at ease and cared for by these wonderful employees. I would recommend Frick Hospital to everyone!! I give them 20 stars out of 10!
I just went to take my 7 year old here for what may be a Chemical burn and he was pretty much denied treatment by the front desk lady, asking me does he really need be seen, is this really something be here for. Does he even have a rash or anything, he in tears his skin burning but wanna roll your eyes at me, because I’m worried my child may have a chemical burn from a damn dumping toy breaking open on him. I’m a mother of 3 if I feel my child needs be seen right away instead waiting until a dr office can get him in. If you don’t like your job then find a damn new job, not make a parent feel…

I took my son in for an xray because he was limping. They told me my son had potentially lost blood flow to his hip joint and told us it could cause the bone to die because there was a collapse in his femoral. We immediately rushed him to children’s only to find out that everything was ok and it was just a slight sprain, and Frick hospital read his xray wrong. I do not recommend them for anything. The seriousness and worry they brought with their “findings” terrified us. I would definitely recommend going to children’s hospital if you need to take your young ones anywhere.

I go here every few months to get SI joint injections. I've always had a pleasant experience. I go to the short stay unit and the nurses have always been friendly and quick. Dr. Mills and his team have always been kind and efficient while completing my procedure.
I have been getting bills from Frick Hospital that Wes already paid.i paid my copay at the time of my visit to Dr.Mills office,and I keep getting letters saying I haven’t paid. I tried talking to someone from billing, with no luck.They keeping telling me they’ll get back to me but they never do. I even send them two copies of my receipt to two different addresses for billing but I still keep getting letters wanting my payment and weekly phone calls. What’s going on?The doctor office said I paid but I’m still getting bills.
TRASH!!! ER doctors are awful!! No concern for human life!!
On Saturday February 21, around 5 pm to 8 pm. The receptionist was very rude and made me feel bad for being there. She didn't care if I was scared or worried for my health. All others was fine. Please train your receptionist better for others.
