The front desk was very receptive and helpful. Patient seemed to be comfortable. Caretakers were friendly.
The photos of this center does not represents what it looks like. It is a smelly and outdated facility. My family member had no light over his bed and it wasn’t repaired after several requests. He commented that he felt that he was sleeping in a basement. We had to bring cleaning supplies and deodorizing spray for the room. I would advise families to look elsewhere for care.
If I could give a 0/5 stars I would ! 1 star is not even appropriate I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this facility! The halls smell like pee ! Most of the staff act like doing the job is the impossible and I honestly don’t believe they care for the patients ! It was multiple times where I had to take my grandfather from the facility and had to admit him back into the hospital ! Just to find out the symptoms I was expressing to the nursing team was major and being over looked! They would literally ignore me and my grandfather and just let him sit there in pain until I would demand he receive…

My grandfather was recently here for rehab and I had to constantly come up to the facility and do the job that the people who work there was getting paid for ! Even the simplest stuff like making sure he had water ! If a person is sick they should receive proper care !
Spent time with my uncle I haven't seen in 14 year's.
The entire building smells of urine. It smacks you in the face as soon as you walk in. This is really unacceptable.
The facility smelled better than other times. My brother needed a hair cut , but I’ll be back to give him a cut/shave and eye brow trim he is needing. He needs new eye glasses and his neighbor still blares the tv so that Pat just watches his without sound.😥 over all it’s better now then it was before. I have not been able to see my Brother Pat Howard since July 2025 . I had a shoulder replacement operation , but now nine months later I’m able to see him every week again which I am grateful and he as well. 😁😇🥰
Tony from admissions was a wonderful guide. He explained all entrance paperwork needed and all the activities available to the patients. The daily menus is posted. There was a bingo game for the residents and the room was packed. The bedding rooms set up was unusual with two beds and some with four beds. He also explained how the three floors are set up with a nursing station on each floor. The outside grounds need sprucing up then the place would be more welcoming. It is understandable because of the winter weather. The tour was worth our time.
Not clean, and it smells bad.The food is horrible..
