4.6 · 78 reviewsThis is a wonderful facility. The building is very clean, organized, and well maintained, creating a welcoming environment for residents and their families. Housekeeping and maintenance are consistently around the facility throughout the day. Even the architecture allows the residents to feel a sense of home and the residents are treated with respect and dignity. The staff are friendly, compassionate, and welcoming, and it is clear that they genuinely care about the people they serve. There is a positive atmosphere throughout the entire facility.

I had a wonderful experience with Highlands Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. This is a place where I would have my loved one live, because I truly feel at ease knowing they would be in such good hands. The facility is exceptionally well-run under the leadership of the nurse director, who clearly prioritizes both patient care and staff professionalism. Every employee I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about the residents. The environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. The rooms are neat, well-maintained, and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. The residents are very well attended to, with staff consistently ensuring their needs are met promptly and compassionately. The quality of care truly stands out. In addition, the food is great, offering residents enjoyable and satisfying meals. I was especially impressed by the variety of activities available, which help keep residents engaged, active, and socially connected. The Highlands Heathcare and Rehabilitation Center, has really been the second home for my Mom. I do not worry about her safety or the care she receives because the staff and the Director are very involved with the day to day and my Mom loves them to. The Highlands is a good facility and I recommend them highly.
The staff is amazing, great nurse supervisors. The Director of nursing is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The staff there is wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better place for her to be in. I know My motheris well taken care of in there
Our mother had been at the Highlands for 6 years. Although we recently lost her, the care until the end was so kind and caring. The staff knew her and her family very well when came to visit. They were informative and reached out to us for any level of information we needed to know. So many wonderful caregivers and her last days were so comforting as they kept her comfortable while informing us all along the way. Thank you again for the standard of care anyone would want for a family member.
