Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility for your loved ones. During my loved one's less than 48 hour stay, I encountered a significant lack of communication and a failure to provide proper notice regarding important matters. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned that an undisclosed incident may have occurred, as my loved one experienced a rapid decline in cognition and has since been placed on hospice care. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care provided at Hidden Meadows on the Ridge. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this facility for your loved ones. During my loved one's less than 48 hour stay, I encountered a significant lack of communication and a failure to provide proper notice regarding important matters. I hope this information is helpful to those evaluating care options. Addendum My love one passed 3 weeks after spending 2 nights here. I hope you can find a better alternative for your family member and don't make the same mistake we did In trusting hidden meadows with his care.
Called for general information getting ready for potential transition of a loved one. The director of sales was very helpful and didn’t seem as pushy as some of the other options.
I recently toured Hidden Meadows and was very impressed with the community. It is one of the best I have seen so far. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Kyle was especially helpful and provided a great deal of valuable information during the tour. The Executive Director also took the time to welcome us, which was a thoughtful touch I have not experienced at other communities.

Food is sadly sub par.,.staff across the board care sndcsrecALL wonderful, another resideent told me they can't keep a chef! Good food is basic!!
Very concerned with food being sent and prepared at Dementia unit. While visiting my Aunt I was taken back that the kitchen is not being used. Employees upset as well saying food comes over for each meal from other kitchen. Why? Is this the norm in Senior Care- it seemed like poor cafeteria service. Staff at least were polite and honest. Very confused and concerned family.
I am very happy with the facility itself, the food , the care, and I think the staff are caring wonderful people. Administrative staff are receptive to questions and are readily accessible. I do think it is a bit difficult to connect with the activities, but some of that may be an unwillingness on the part of my mother to engage. She is on the personal care side and my Dad is on the memory care side. I feel he is getting excellent care.
Very friendly. Always asked how everything is. Always found the answer to a question I might have. Good choice of rooms. Some spacious, some not as spacious which might be needed depending on the patient. House keeping and Cable available
I would give them all a 5, except for the food...when dad first arrived, food was better, better selection, and he has a menu for the week, now not as good .lots of chicken meals. He would like more variety. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The cost is a little high...would love to have my mom live there, but she couldn't afford it...He used to get a menu for the week, has should be had
