Heritage Springs Memory Care

My parents moved into Heritage Springs from Nottingham Village. The care they received from the staff at Heritage Springs was wonderful: they were compassionate, kind and caring. I couldn't have asked for more. When my parents passed, they were so helpful and kind, and I don't know how I would have coped without their help.

It has been four years since our grandma passed away and we were reflecting on it all day. We remember everything about her - her kindness and smile and how she loved us. We were separated from her during COVID and we watched her decline quickly during this time. She was at a different facility during this time, due to issues there we moved her to Heritage Springs and we immediately felt relief. They were kind, compassionate and caring. Our grandfather was also there, due to his advanced dementia and Alzheimer’s he was a difficult patient and the staff dealt with him with kindness, respect and compassion. The patience that the staff showed was remarkable. They kept our family informed and allowed us to give two people we loved so deeply their best end of life care, and for that we are grateful.

Active abuse allegation of verbal abuse and an employee taking photos/videos of unclothed residents. Director is incompetent and repeatedly failed to follow through with concerns being brought to her attention.

Until they fire the current administration, and make sure elder abuse never happens again, I’d NEVER put my elderly mother here.

My sister and I toured 7 facilities in the area. Heritage Springs was our number one choice in all categories. Very clean, smells clean, food is great according to our grandma, staff is patient and very sweet. Director is helpful and accommodating. Great activities and services. Price is great too. Rooms are a very nice size. Dining area is beautiful, actually the entire facility is beautiful.
