I sadly have had a bizarre experience with Ronda Hoover, the activity director. She had me booked for the Christmas party on Sat, Dec 6 of last year since August of 2025. I had also sent a confirmation email a week prior but had not heard back so thought she may have left or not had access to that email anymore. Upon arriving, there was another guy at the piano. I thought he may have just been finishing up until I got there, but turns out he was booked on top of me after I was already booked 4 months prior. I thought he may have just been finishing up until I got there, but turns out he was booked on top of me after I was already booked 4 months prior. I was allowed to perform, but then afterwards was told to send in my invoice. I sent to all the emails available on the website since I didn't know who would receive. She did end up getting back to me from the email through which I was booked and I followed up with a week prior to the event, so made me wonder if the follow up was received but just ignored. Have not heard back since. Sadly a lot of times the entertainer will pay the price if it's disorganization on the part of the staff. Everybody makes mistakes, so if she had just said that that would have been fine, but it seems like she has just been dodging me ever since.
Heritage Hills was definitely the best choice. We have nothing negative to say. The staff, services, and facilities are all exceptional. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
Heritage Hills Retirement Home has become the "home away from home" for my parents. With each having long-term health conditions, they were in need of supportive medical care but also wanted to remain living together. HHRC provided this opportunity for them, as the resident rooms of their new addition are spacious and give the feeling of condominium-style living with private baths and kitchenettes. It is comforting to know there is 24-hour care providers on duty; they genuinely care and love the residents as if they were their own parents. Add to that the resident activities, community…

It is comforting to know there is 24-hour care providers on duty; they genuinely care and love the residents as if they were their own parents. Add to that the resident activities, community involvement, and faith-based foundation of the facility, I am grateful that my mother and father are able to continue living together while enjoying life to the extent possible as residents of Heritage Hills.
The Antrim Quarters side has large rooms with kitchenettes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied with all the care they provide.
Heritage Retirement Community is just the exact fit we needed for my Dad. It is a beautiful, spacious facility with a small-town warmth not found in any other place that I visited. The staff cheerfully meet his unique medical needs and make him feel wanted. I believe the nursing staff go over-and-above with attention to care. I am forever grateful that “A Place For Mom” arranged the perfect match for us with Heritage Retirement Community!
