Treats employees like garbage. This place is run so badly and they don't care about the employees at all, truly sad. The residents are amazing, however they deserve so much better than the environment they're living in. They know how to turn on the charm to get residents, then it's downhill I'm there. This place has been open only a few months and the amount of employees they've had quit already should show you how this place really is. Please don't send your loved ones here. They deserve better.

Happy Hearts is such a wonderful place! I don't know how it was previously, but the new updates and new management are absolutely amazing and very caring. They helped me with my father and he is very happy there. They are very good with me on communication also. I honestly couldn't have found a better place.

The administrator takes co workers out to drink and brings them back drunk to administer medications to the residents and they absolutely don't care about their employees or listen to them I'm sorry but everybody deserves to know what kind of place this is and deserves to know their family is going to a safe environment and I'm sorry this isn't it Jessica the administrator says she's not on call 24/7 so your basically screwed if something happens your left by yourself to tend to everything and they don't care to make sure your okay it's sad this place just opened and already is living up to a bad reputation! The residents are absolutely amazing and deserve the world but this place won't be the ones to give it to them! Think twice and don't be fooled by their "charming welcoming attitudes" you will regret it! Pretty sad they had 3 full time workers quit within 3 days because of how mentally draining it is! Reply: Months later? That is funny it's literally been days! Y'all are seriously delusional 🤣 and no thank you we all came to you with our problems and you did nothing! Hince why 3 people JUST quit within 3 days stop trying to put a pretty face on for the public seriously y'all have mentally messed with people and you can't do it anymore maybe an investigation will do y'all just fine since 3 people also reported y'all to state! Don't put on a pretty face with such an ugly disgusting mentality!

I assisted Bud Lateef in closing Amity Slippery Rock and worked with new owner during closing. I had made arrangements for residents to go where they chose. I was not a placement agent. (NO FINANCIAL COMPENSATION) New owner moved all residents to where he wanted them to go without regard to resident and family choices. It was heartbreaking. Think twice before placing your loved ones.

Thus facility should be taken off any list for people to tour fifty outdated not cared for staff not friendly no activities no kitchen housekeeping or dietary staff go somewhere else Quick caught administrator in several lies right from the start
