Good for the price staff extremely helpful. Not generally a "nice" place as I've seen from some of the really expensive places. That being said they've been perfect for my mum so far. Yes we would recommend this community to other families especially if assets are an issue for payment
The admission process was efficient and explained so well that I had no questions. They kept me informed of how my mother was doing. She was always dressed nice and her hygiene needs were met. The staff was so kind to her and very friendly. The food was good and the macaroni and cheese was homemade and it was amazing! I am so glad that your program gave me the name. I am so grateful that my mother was able to be there the last few months of her life. The price was in her budget compared to prices in our area. It was about 45 minutes away but I didn't mind the drive.

Staff is caring and wonderful. Housekeeping is great, they keep the rooms very clean and homey looking. The communications with the family is great and often! The move in process was very smooth and accommodating. The meals are home cooked and plentiful! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great, small, family run personal care home. They make everyone feel like family!
Based on our experience so far, everyone is very genuine, kind and accommodating. The community is spotless, no fowl odors. The staff members are kind, attentive, engaged. Many of them have worked there for several years. The quality of care services is excellent. Our family member has been pleased with the meals and dining. They are willing to accommodate special requests. Our family member also attends the activities and thinks they are fun. The value for cost is exceptionally priced when compared to similar families.

I would rate a 5 on all of the questions, I'm so happy that we found this place, they are taking awesome care of my mom! I can't say enough about the staff, the facility is so clean and always smells fresh, food is amazing!!! My mom shares a room, plenty of room and closet space! She shares a bathroom with 2 women in the adjoining room which works perfectly!
Greystone Countey Estates is a lovely, yet unpretentious home. There is a balance between a homey comfort and being nicer than other facilities. The staff have always been helpful and pleasant both with our family member who lives there, and those of us who visit. We have been very happy with Greystone as a care facility that we can trust.
