4.0 · 69 reviewsStaffed members of this place treated my mother terribly! - A nurse refused to get her out of bed to use the bathroom, told her “if you can’t pee in a bed pan, just pee and I’ll come back and clean you up later” - A nurse left her room for over an hour after checking her blood sugar and it being 57. 1 hour later she called a nurse after feeling dizzy and her blood sugar was 40. Almost had to send her to the hospital. -She was left ignored after calling a nurse to use the bathroom, ended up having an accident, then had to wait another hour for someone to come clean her up. Staffed members of this place treated my mother terribly! - A nurse refused to get her out of bed to use the bathroom, told her “if you can’t pee in a bed pan, just pee and I’ll come back and clean you up later” - A nurse left her room for over an hour after checking her blood sugar and it being 57. 1 hour later she called a nurse after feeling dizzy and her blood sugar was 40. Almost had to send her to the hospital. -She was left ignored after calling a nurse to use the bathroom, ended up having an accident, then had to wait another hour for someone to come clean her up. In the middle of them cleaning her, they had an emergency and left her naked in her bed, didn’t even have the decency to cover her with a blanket! As someone who worked as an aide and an administrator in a personal care home, I am appalled after hearing this! Do not send your family here!
Pleased to see staff took effort to get mom out of bed to socialize for over 4 hours. First time in approx 9 months !!!!! Thank You

Loved the PT. They did so much for my leg strengthening didn't want to leave but unfortunately I had to because of insurance. I hope Michelle and Sage read this because I never miss a day without doing my leg exercises
Nurse aids don't do there jobs sit behind nurses station do not thing while people need help you push button they don't come for hours the place not ran right suppose hand out ice and drink hardly do that they don't hire rif raf people I heard one mock resident don't pay attention to people going end with law suit and that for sure you put trust in them to take care of your family but don't there couple good people. the head ups are smug with toods I don't recommend your not going get what you think going to trust me
