It was difficult placing my mom in a rehabilitation facility for a few weeks to get endurance and trusting others to care of her. She was in good hands at The Greenery. The staff is the most important part, and l've been impressed in every area of the facility. They're kind, professional, hard workers, and patient. She learned things that will help her be able to be at her house.

Our family recently worked with Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing, and we could not be more grateful for the exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism we experienced. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to help my father-in-law get situated and comfortable during what was a challenging time for our family. Every person we encountered treated him with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. Their patience, attention to detail, and willingness to answer questions gave us tremendous peace of mind. What stood out most was the dedication of the team. They demonstrated a true commitment to providing quality healthcare services while ensuring residents and their families felt supported every step of the way. Their compassion and professionalism made a difficult transition much easier and reassured us that our loved one was in capable and caring hands. We are deeply appreciative of the hard work and dedication shown by everyone at Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing. The positive impact they have on the lives of their residents and families is evident in everything they do. We highly recommend Greenery Center to anyone seeking quality rehabilitation and nursing care for a loved one. Thank you to the entire team for making a meaningful difference in our family's life.

Sun 2/15/26 12:10 am. I just finished speaking with my husband. He should have a new phone tomorrow. Thank you for acting quickly, Eased my worries. Review changed because of Greenery quick response. One Star for communication. My husband is a current resident for about a week. His phone broke and the Greenery gave him a phone for the room. Husband has used phone but when I call back it just rings...this has been multiple times and multiple days. So, the ringer must be off. Tried calling West desk, no answer. Just keep being sent in a loop with the answering machine. This has also been multiple days and times. Got a call that my husband fell...tried to call back West desk and again was sent in a loop with the answering machine. I can't judge on other services yet, but the communication is extremely frustrating which is why I am posting this....maybe some one will call back or answer the phone. Sat 2/14/26 11:54 pm I would like to edit this in a positive way, but I can't do that yet. Just funny how after I posted my review now the house phone line doesn't work at all...at least before he could call out...now nothing. I want the phone line fixed and for him to be given a house phone that works and has a working ringer so he can hear when I call him.

This place disgusts me. Need I say more. I would love to give 0 stars for this place. The food is one step above prison food and it is all processed food. The care they give their residents is way below acceptable. The rooms are very small and not clean. No need to complain to the management team because nothing is done to correct the issues. Sometimes the truth hurts! The Department of Aging needs to investigate this facility. This place constantly lies! The business office has a lot to be desired. The manager has no idea what she is doing and is very incompetent in her business skills. They keep very poor records. Beware of this place! This place has gone downhill in the past years. Run away from this place. If you hate your family place them in this place you will not regret it! This place is the Pits! You can also look at the violations on line for the greenery. This place needs to close up fast!!!

If you love your loved one, DO NOT send them here. This was the worst facility my mom has ever been in, and we have managed her medical care for over 20 years. This was not due to staffing shortages. This was neglect, lack of compassion, and serious medical mismanagement. Medications were skipped, including both night and morning doses, and continued to be mishandled afterward. Staff even asked if we had her medications because they did not have them. When asked what medications were given and when, no one could provide clear or consistent answers. My mom has very limited mobility, severe weakness, and is a high fall risk, yet there were no bed alarms, no rails, and minimal assistance. Staff did not change her. My family did every single time. Call bells routinely went unanswered for us and other patients, with patients yelling for help. After missed seizure medications, her condition worsened significantly. She had a seizure at 7 PM, yet her Keppra levels were not checked until 10:30 PM, and no staff checked on her afterward. If we had not been present, her seizure would have gone unnoticed. The environment was unacceptable. Hallways smelled of urine, trash was left in her room despite notifying staff, and food was inedible. We regularly had to retrieve supplies ourselves while staff watched without offering help. When her symptoms worsened, including tingling, confusion, and mental decline, we requested transfer to the hospital and were met with annoyance. EMS documentation noted improper medication management, and my mom agreed this contributed to her decline. Please do not respond to this review with a generic apology or claim this is not how care is provided. This was our real experience and it was unsafe. We will never return and strongly warn other families to stay away. This was a lot more detailed and longer but google has a word count limit. If you signed up to care for people then do your job! You wana do better well seems you are far from even juat basic help levels at this facility. Took everything in me not to help other patients myself. Whoever runs this place needs to take a real look at this place because its going to take a ton to fix all the issues here. If you lost a love one here I bet they would still be here if it wasnt for this place.

Horrendous facility. Day 2 of my mother being there, she fell on her face in an over crowded room and they never provided her with a walker that I emphasized was needed. It's dirty, understaffed and they just don't care. They don't know how long she was left to lay on the floor. She could have bled out. I wouldn't entrust them with a blow up doll let alone a human being. It should be shut down. Horrendous.

Our family is so thankful for the team at Greenery. They are angels among us. We are so deeply appreciative for the kindness, care and compassion our mother and family received during a deeply painful time. The facility is clean and upbeat and every employee looks you in the eye and genuinely seem happy to help. We just couldn't be more appreciative for their team for making such a dark time only about the heaviness of what was happening and didn't add to our pain with stress or concern that she wasn't being cared for enough. Just really thankful. You can trust this place.

My father is in there And he’s enduring emotional mental and psychological abuse and being treated as an emotional punching bag people that works there think they have the power take and I no not advantage of the little authority that they got nurses doctors, and they are supposed to be communicating with each other and helping people heal, not abusing their power and allowing people to suffer He’s in room 127. He arrived there a couple days ago since he’s been there, he hasn’t received a breathing treatment and he has chronic bronchitis, sleep apnea and lung disease, Bone to bone arthritis stage four kidney failure, spinal stenosis herniated disc had a couple of heart , it says on his chart that he can get a breathing treatment as a PRN as needed, but he hasn’t received it yet. It also says on his chart for his pain medicine to be given to him every six hours but there’s a nurse there that wants to give it to him every nine or 10 hours if you have parents in here, please ask them questions although the website is displayed really good and displayed in a good fashion. As far as excellent care to me is false advertisement communication in there is very poor lack of communication it’s hard to get in touch with a doctor and it’s hard for my dad to speak to the people he need to speak to regarding his issues. I feel bad for the people who can’t speak for themselves in there cause right now my dad in room 127 is definitely enduring, severe, emotional, psychological and emotional abuse he just called me crying because of the way he’s being treated. I might get a response saying they’re sorry that this is happening and they’re gonna do their best to address the manner, but the proof is action not just saying that because you’re trying to protect the reputation of the facility show action. I’m doing my best By making this post to get someone’s attention, I left messages on the director of nursing And with the director of the facility, I’m also in this field so I know how to go about things and I know what steps to take to get things done so no one that worked there can’t tell me I’m wrong and I don’t know what I’m doing! So please check on your love ones daily because right now my dad is being treated as an emotional punching bag.
