This Not An Good Place To Live It's An Deaf Spirit In That Building People Die In They Apartment Constantly Or Jumping Over They Patio Or Go Into Depression Living There I Lived There And Was Very Unhappy I Constantly Traveln Just To Not Be There Am Lot Of Drug's Addicts In The Building And Recovery Addicts I Worked On My Credit To Move Out And God Has Blessed Me To Do So
This has got to be one of the most disrespectful place I have ever taken my mother to get an application. They don't answer you. Let a handicap person standing at an office door they refuse to answer.

This community has been around since I was a child. My grandmother who passed away had her significant other living in these apartments and I remember them so well, it really is like a place like home. Nice and clean apartments. Very impressed.
After 2 and half years residing at Green Ave Tower, I want a retraction to my positive review. Management is slow in addressing issues, I understand being a large 11 story building. Yesterday I received notice of a additional $5 per month air conditioner memo. Took place after a codes inspection while I was away. I had burned food, along with stove fan, air conditioner, opened sliding door for ventilation. Having never used air conditioner, I'm very disappointed being charged. It's no wonder, I want out, once it's feasible... Poor grade to management. High grade to cleaners and maintenance.

As one of the MANY MANY nurse aides that have to come in and take care of residents. You think you would have more parking available to healthcare staff. Disappointed. 😔
