This assisted living / personal-care community is located at 1929 E Pleasant Valley Boulevard and offers private and companion suites with emergency call systems and individually controlled climate in rooms. The single-level building includes common spaces such as a fireside living room, activity areas, a library/TV lounge and an on-site salon; some suites open onto covered porches and landscaped grounds.
Staffing and services include 24-hour supervision, medication administration and help with bathing, dressing and mobility. On-site therapy is available through visiting rehabilitation providers several days per week, and the community provides three homestyle meals with diet accommodations, weekly housekeeping and laundry, scheduled group transportation and a regular activities program. Small pets may be allowed with approval.

Let's wait till she empties out then we will come back and change her 3 hours and 45 minutes later I went to the office there they stood. I ask 4 aides was there. They came 30 more minutes later to change her

This is a gorgeous facility! Staff and management do everything they can for residents no matter what.
Staff and management go above and beyond to make sure that their residents are well taken care of. Very clean and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend this facility for your loved one.
My mother is in Graystone Manor at Bellmeade. We like it. They're good with her. They provide excellent care and it's a safe environment because she was having some issues getting out of the house. They have excellent safety features in place to keep other people from getting out of their facility and wandering off. It's a combination of everything. It's assisted living and if they need the extra care like the memory care or that kind of thing, they have things in place for that. I have tasted their food and it's pretty good. They provide three meals a day. They're really good with the activities. She likes it when they play bingo. They have entertainment coming in all the time.
Not enough help, do not feed the residents who are unable to feed themselves. Most aides are friendly but there are the bad ones also. Resident's are not paid attention too. What they cook is what you get.
Would not recommend this facility.
