I have been a resident for almost 5 years and have found Granite Farms to be a well managed, welcoming and friendly place. I moved in as a single male(widowed) and wasn't sure how it would be but have been pleasantly surprised. You can be as active as you want. There is always something going on. Really wonderful place!
My husband and I moved here in October 2025. The Granite Farms Estates community is warm, friendly, and so helpful. The team members (aka staff) go above and beyond their job descriptions to make this a caring and inclusive community. We thoroughly researched ACTS as a CCRC and after visiting 4 different facilities, Granite Farms had the vibe and location that was a best fit for us. We especially appreciate the fitness facilities and many classes and assessments that keep us strong and involved in this time of our lives. It's a great place to live.
The fitness team, Michele and Leah, do a great job in providing instruction, leading interesting classes and motivating residents to improve their fitness.
We moved our parents in last month. So far it’s been a wonderful experience. Looks new, clean and safe. The whole place and staff have been wonderful.
From the moment I arrived, the Granite Farms community has been so warm and welcoming—it truly feels like home. The residents are so friendly and it’s easy to connect with people who share similar interests. The exercise classes and activities are a highlight of every week; there’s always something fun and engaging to look forward to. The staff is caring and efficient. Most of all, I am at peace knowing I’ll be in good hands if I ever get critically sick.
Worse please to bring your love one! Place have spiders crawling from the ceiling all in the name of construction. Ants and roaches and mouse are rooming with your love ones. You can find them in the hallways especially at night time. They have to call security all the time to bring mouse traps. Whole nursing environment smells like pee! I’m paying thousands monthly only for my dad to be treated as if he’s at a basic nursing home.
I was at Granite for three weeks for Occupational and Physical Therapy after total knee replacement. I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Granite. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The therapists Lisa and Erik go above and beyond. Thank you so much to them for all their help in my recovery!!!
I toured Granite Farms Estates. The residents were not interacting with me, whereas at the other facility, they came to me, but it's a beautiful place. The lobby is lovely. It's very grand. I didn't have food there, but it smelled wonderful. The apartments were also very nice. I like the other facility better but still liked Granite Farms Estates.
