Staff provide 24-hour nursing and certified nursing assistant coverage, with attending physicians, nursing assessment coordinators and care managers working alongside residents and families to develop individualized care plans. The community supports people with diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, quadriplegia, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury and spina bifida. On-site services include physical, occupational and speech-language therapy, recreational therapy, neuropsychology and social work support, plus dietitian services and pastoral care with weekly ecumenical worship opportunities. Rehabilitation and restorative therapies are offered daily to promote independence, comfort and well-being.
