Very nice facility!!!
Receptionist is so welcoming & pleasant. Staff is helpful & informative when asked to provide info on our Guardianship clients. Building is old but they do well to maintain it.

I live here I am having a problem swallowing and the kitchen is trying so hard to accommodate w the staff is nice but they want long hours the activities are varied and are good the therapy department are excellent I can’t say anything negative
Very clean, extremely staffed with nice individuals who are happy & not angry at their job. Overall it's a pleasure to see my friend in a better mood bc hes taken care of.
The staff were nice and the facility is nice and clean.
"5/5 stars. The entire team at Garden Spring went above and beyond during my brother’s stay. The Friendly, professional, and genuine care my brother received at their facility was exceptional. . The facilities smells so good when you enter the building the rooms are clean and modern. I felt he was in safe hands. The nursing staff, particularly Nurse Kat and Mary , were compassionate, attentive, and treated him with great dignity. Social worker Trish and the physical therapy team took the time to explain every step of the treatment he received, which eased my anxiety. I recommend this facility to everyone.
I didn't think the food could get worse but it did !!!!¡
