I call and receive no answer or I’m told someone will call me back and they never do. I asked how she was and was told, “ I don’t know.” Her name is spelled wrong on her door. Very disheartening! Update…4/26. I was contacted after this review by Sara, administrator maybe? She gave me her cell number and set up a time each day for them to call me to speak with my mother. Please do not trust your loved ones in their care. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. My mother was just placed on hospice in there care and I’m unable to reach her. I call and receive no answer or I’m told someone will call me back and they never do. I asked how she was and was told, “ I don’t know.” Her name is spelled wrong on her door. Very disheartening! They updated her name on her door and called faithfully and consistently until a week ago. I contacted Sara and stated I had a question, she said she was in a meeting and I never heard from her again, that’s been two weeks ago and the calls stopped a week ago. Now back to no answers or staff asking for me to call back. Still very disappointed and no consistency.
Wonderful community atmosphere with staff who truly care about the residents and families that they serve! They also partner with different supportive services for your loved one as needed to set them up for success!
The staff is very helpful and the food is good and the residents are well cared for.

My mother lives here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cook does a great job making good meals. They offer activities and entertainment for the residents. Overall we are really pleased with the care they give my mom.
Vey friendly staff Making one of the hardest decisions a lil easier
My mom has been a resident since May of 2018. She quickly adjusted to assisted living lifestyle and easily made friends. Her room is small and meets her needs. Over the years the facility has gone through many positive changes in staff and overall appearance. I visit twice a week and have witnessed the caring and friendly interaction with the staff and residents. Mom is very content and grateful for the care she receives.
Rooms vary in size. The room my mom resides in is small , however meets her needs. I have visited mom during various meal times and the food is well prepared. Menus change daily and offers variety. The staff is very attentive and engaging with the residents.
Since arriving in June of 2018, my mother has been treated to excellent care and social activities. She is currently 101 years old and I know that can present additional challenges. The staff have been incredibly attentive and supportive and have expressed their love for her. Mom participates in many of the activities. I visit mom a couple times a week and witness the staffs interaction with the residents. All has been very encouraging and positive. Mom is very content and grateful for the staff and her home.
