Very nice visit with my brother, staff was nice. The facilities was clean. I didnt purchase anything.
It was my first time visiting Eldercrest and the staff was nothing but wonderful, courteous and accommodating. Patients were happily engaged in activities and therapy. I was extremely impressed!
Very satisfied with the care my family member received from this facility. The staff were friendly and approachable. Management was very attentive to listening to concerns and answering questions. The facility was clean and organized. They went the extra mile to ensure my family member was set up with ongoing care for when time of discharge happened. We never felt left in the dark. 5/5 stars would recommend Eldercrest for your loved ones.
Wonderful staff. Clean facility. Super appreciative of what everyone does to help out family!
Recently, I had a family member who was a guest here for rehabilitation. Everyone here is so helpful and supportive. All of the staff members did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend anyone to choose Eldercrest as their choice for a rehabilitation center.
Facility is dirty, smells like strong urine and understaffed. The handful of staff they do have are very rude. They don’t take care of the residents correctly or treat wounds/ infections properly. Do not send your family member here unless you want their health to decline drastically.
My mom was placed there for 2 weeks in the beginning of September all they kept doing was feeding her morphine because they thought she was in pain from dementia dementia has no pain when my sister picked up my mom she was lifeless wouldn't eat wouldn't drink she was motionless she had the worst bed sores look like somebody took a fork and scraped her rearend my mom passed away September 23rd I don't understand how she went down so fast but it happened when she went to that place she was fine before she went there that's the worst place in Pennsylvania do not put your loved ones there terrible.
My dad stayed at Eldercrest Rehab facility for the past two weeks. I came daily to stay with him... so I saw a lot of the people working there, the activities, and the other residents. The rehab people are excellent! The nurses and staff were also very friendly and helpful. The activities director was also really really good and truly cares about the people. This is a small place, but, maybe because of that, it retains a family feel. The other residents seemed mostly happy, and I met several who were there for their second or third time. This is a solid choice for a loved one to stay, or spend a time of rehab. If I were to say one thing I think they can improve on... a select few of their evening and night aids could be unkind occasionally. But don't let that stop you from all of the good! I highly recommend Eldercrest. Thank you Eldercrest for helping my dad be happy, recover, and come home!
