Edison Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

This Nursing Home/Rehabilitation Center is wonderful! The facility is extremely clean and well-kept, and you can tell the staff truly care about the residents. Everyone is professional, friendly, and compassionate, always going the extra mile to make sure that the residents are comfortable and cared for. The new management has already made a big difference; there’s a noticeable improvement in organization, communication, and overall atmosphere. It’s great to see such positive changes happening throughout the building! I’m so impressed with the care and dedication shown here. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and supportive place for their loved one.

My dad stayed for several weeks while he recuperated from a fall. Many workers were kind and caring but stretched too thin--extremely short-staffed and short-supplied. Asked for some large garbage bags and the aide could not find any, as if they were locked up. The room smelled of urine for several days until I had to grab someone to clean the floor which took me a while. We were warned but did not have a choice so we were vigilant but others were not as safe. My dad's roommate didn't even get checked on all day long, even though he was bed-bound, aside from meals. During the short stay I had to talk to the office staff twice about my dad's care so I can't imagine what long term residents go through. The nurses and doctors are hired for multiple facilities and do rounds so there's really no genuine connection. Shame on the management company for running people to the ground like this.

I can’t say enough good things about Edison manor nursing home. The staff here are compassionate, patient, and truly care about the residents’ well-being. They treat everyone with dignity and respect, and it shows in the warm, welcoming atmosphere.The facility is always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Meals are nutritious and thoughtfully prepared, and there’s always something engaging happening — from activities to social events that keep residents active and happy. Our family has peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and caring hands. We’re so grateful for everything the team does every day to make this place feel like home.
