This place is absolutely horrible. They are mice infested and do not give the proper care to their patients. We got my father transferred to a rehabilitation facility and realized that he wasn’t even receiving medications prescribed by his surgeon prior to arrival. I would not recommend sending anyone here. This place should be condemned.
Staff are friendly and caring. They always have educational and fun activities for the residents (learning about other countries and cities and the different foods).
We brought my father to Dresher with the goal of returning home. However, due to his dementia and the challenges of navigating the steps at home, we realized that returning home was no longer the safest option. Although that was a difficult decision, I am incredibly grateful that he is in a place where compassionate care is the priority. The staff truly work together as a team while maintaining a warm, family-like atmosphere. The staff truly work together as a team while maintaining a warm, family-like atmosphere. The residents enjoy daily activities, including music that my dad loves, appetizing meals, and snacks throughout the day, helping them stay active and comfortable. Most importantly, I have peace of mind knowing that when I leave my father at the end of the day, he is in good hands and if anything happens I’m only a phone call away. The staff genuinely care about his well-being and have his best interests at heart. Like any facility Dresher has it’s challenges- no place is perfect, but the care and commitment of every department is commendable. For any family facing the difficult decision of long-term care, respite care or even hospice it means everything to know my dad is safe, respected, and cared for at Dresher Hill.
Great people here. The nurses are Great here. Jean is my favorite CNA here! And Joyce is the best in activities.. and Nicole and Janay are my favorite nurses in this place.
They treat you like family most nurses are great and activities ladies are amazing
This place saved my life. I almost died and lost the use of both my legs. I've been in the hospital 5 times. This place's therapists and nurses have helped me through the difficult challenge of being able to walk again.
The staff here are wonderful and very accommodating. The families, residents and staff we've met complete, while providing notary services were fantastic. Very helpful.
This place is awful!!!!!!!! Do not send your loved ones there! My mother was of sound mind but was in a wheelchair. A lot of the staff unfortunately treated her terribly. The only ones who were ever nice to her was an aide that ended up quitting and the maintenance people. No matter how many times she said something about having a uti or something being off about her foley cath, they ignored her. My mom went into sepsis and then died of septic shock from having multiple strains of bacteria! Please protect your loved ones and stay on top of them. I was young and naive and believed everything they told me as a 20 year old.
