You hear stories of the horrors of nursing facilities, but Devon House has made my family and me so comfortable every step of the way. There has yet to be a moment where we didn't know what was going on. My family member has progressively declined due to health, and I have not only been informed every step, but given options on how to care for them. Not only is Devon House helpful to the resident and family, but informative. The nurses and staff do everything they can to make their residents comfortable! The activies?! The DevonHouse has met and exceeded all expectations. The staff is outstanding, Maria and Angela are the best in providing care, compassion and comfort with my parents, now only my father (my mom had recently passed) get back to living a quality life. The events provided, care and dedication by staff to the live-in population is second to none. They also have helped me in providing direction and decision-making in trying times. I can not

This is an incredible organization, one sign of how good the services all the workers smile. The staff is very well trained, and they provide the utmost care.

Devon House took excellent care of both my parents during their time there. All of their needs were taken care of.

Devon House was wonderful, they were so accommodating.

Well in my opinion since my mil has chosen to stay in her room, continue to try to get her out in the community of the building. Or maybe make up a small group to visit one day a week...not just staff. I would recommend this place because it does feel like family. At the other place, we felt like just a number. Also they had a problem with my mil...her personality. She was made to feel that she was a problem. I am sure you can write it more eloquently.

Value for cost is so high because they let you age in place. They are friendly, accommodating and care about the patients. Nurses go out of their way to care for people. Only complaint is maintenance guy is really busy because they are doing renovations. The room sizes are decent. Not enough windows. Amenities are good. Snacks and drinks anytime. It's winter and less is going on but they have a lot of entertainment come in.
