As a continuing worker here of 7 years, I find Tom & TIna to be outstanding administrators. Our staff and the administrator do everything to make sure our residents are comfortable and happy here at crystal waters personal care home. We get compliments continuously from family members on how well their family members are doing here as well as the care they are recieving in there time of need.
i have seen things here that id be unconfortable with if i had a family member living here

As owner of the Crystal Waters Personal Care Home, I would like to provide the following information. A complete criminal background check was conducted by the state police before the hiring of Jeremy Stewart, and was found to be free of any charges. It was brought to our attention that his ex-wife had posted a review on Google that was totally false and extremely derogatory to both Jeremy and to our facility. After doing our own investigation and concluding that the information is totally false, we have contacted our attorney and will be taking legal action against Beverly Stewart. Jeremy has been employed by our facility for over 6 months and has done an outstanding job. He is well respected by his peers and is a compassionate caregiver to our residents. We consider him a positive asset to our facility. We would never put our residents at risk.
This place hired a known violent man. His records include drug charges and harassment. Jeremy Stewart has a terrible temper and has beaten me and my children. He's stolen food from my children's mouths. The human resources have been informed of all his behavior problems including time in the hospital for beating himself. But they don't seem to mind putting loved ones at risk.
