Cornerstone Living was an absolute blessing for mom. She was previously in a facility that was not just very understaffed but also very inept at taking care of anyone with any sort of memory challenges. The prior facility had also literally abandoned mom which, although was illegal and incredibly stressful at the time, turned out to be the biggest blessing that could have possibly happened. We found Cornerstone Living which turned out to be mom's home for her last fifteen months. The staff at Cornerstone is the most loving and attentive group of professionals you could ever hope to find for your loved one. Every time I visited mom, not only did I see the love but, I could also feel it everywhere. Mom was always happy, never lonely and never in want of anything during her entire stay. The animal visits were such an added bonus! Mom chose to exit this realm while I was out of the country, however, she was lovingly surrounded by six staff members that talked to her and gently rocked her as she quickly slipped away with Jesus. I could not have asked for a better departure for mom. I highly praise Cornerstone Living and all of the staff. From the deepest depths of my heart, a great big "Thank You" to an amazing home and extended family. May God continue to bless you all.
I’m so happy with this place for my great ant she is calm and loving the ther workers are. Great
The medical staff who assisted my father was very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic.
The staff at Cornerstone were very caring and attentive to my mother's care and needs as well as the other residents. My mother was in the best home ever.
My dad was only there for a short period of time before he passed away but he was well taken care of while he was there. You can tell the people who work at Cornerstone actually care for the patients who are there and it is a tougher job than many people realize. The girls who I know were taking care of my dad seemed happy and always had a smile for us when we would be there, as well as taking care of us while we were there as well. My dad was treated with dignity while he was there and that is all you can really ask for.
Staff is caring and there is a family like atmosphere. Clean, private room is nice. Improvement in laundry processing is needed.
I could not have found a better place for my Mom! The staff is very knowledgeable of Alzheimers and Dementia and treated my Mom as if she were their own mother or grandmother. I was always kept informed when the house physician or podiatrist saw my Mom. The meals are home made and Jen's peach pie was amazing. Being a smaller facility, they can provide more personalized care. My Mom was always clean and smiling when I visited. The staff always asked me if I needed anything!
Like home, terrific staff, management pays attention to details, All residents get individual care 24-7.Activities are fun and every day offers something for your love one. Thanks guys you were a blessing to my Mom. Bobby
