My mom care was excellent while she was there, and the evening she declined quickly the staff was beyond exceptional. We just talked about next step of hospice. The fast acting response by aides Jess, Sabrina and Nurses Patty and Lisa to help my mom out of distress i don't have the words other than A plus. Aide Michael was exceptional all week, my mom had a special liking with him all week, and the after her passing care was fantastic as well. Her team was so compassionate and caring. We want to give a huge Thank you to entire staff all week from Administration to all separate departments PT,…

A few weeks ago I spent a week at Rebecca Residence after spending the prior week at St. Margaret’s. I’ve been meaning to post something to thank a number of people who were all so kind to me. Actually I’ve been at RR twice since the beginning of 2026. My first stay was in January after a bad fall in my home where I seriously gouged my leg. I have a bad wound on my leg that required 19 stitches. I was taken there after a week at Presby. I want to give shoutouts and acknowledge a few people independently First off is Jess. Jess you are a jewel. You really are. I can see you smiling now by me…
A few weeks ago I spent a week at Rebecca Residence after spending the prior week at St. I can see you smiling now by me saying that. I don’t know if you will see this or even remember who I am but I want to sincerely thank you for the excellent care you bestowed upon me. Both times you made me laugh and you were so kind so thank you. My first stay at RR Luke was my primary PT person. He’d pick me up in my room and take me to PT. Luke thank you so much as you got me up and you helped me with my balance issues I was experiencing at the time. I did not have Luke on my second stay at RR but that’s ok. I had Carol and you’re the best along with Frank and Megan. You 3 got me movin and groovin. I seldom use my walker bc of the exercises I learned from you guys to get stronger so thank you. You should see me do the steps now. Heck I’ve even been driving. Cesare ( my husband) is always with me as sometimes I still lose my balance. I think it will come back maybe not at 100% but I think my balance will come back. You were also very patient with me so a huge shoutout to the entire PT/OT team and Megan good luck with the baby. You don’t have much further to go so good luck. Melissa I know you’re not PT but I’m going to include you with the group as well. To all of you thank you. If I missed anyone I apologize but thank you. Kyle, Kyle, Kyle, you have the patience of a elephant. (I think elephants have patience). You mixed all those huge potassium pills in applesauce for me so I wouldn’t choke. If you didn’t mix then you broke in half so I could swallow them. Guess what? My last blood test my PCP took me off potassium it was so high. That’s what landed me in the hospital the second time. I couldn’t remember anything. I was delusional my potassium was just so low or non-existent. SO Kyle, a huge shoutout and thank you. Concordia is very lucky to have as fine of a nurse as you are. Also thank you for all my wound changes that you did. Leg is being treated with stem cells by the wound people. I just had my second session this past Friday and she thinks it will be healed in three sessions. I’ve been dealing with this leg wound since 1/2/26. Lastly and I’m just going to list some more nurses names. I want to thank night nurse Mary for meds and eye drops every night. You were so kind. Actually Concordia Rebecca Residence is so lucky to have above staff along with Matthew and Cory and I think they were also PT. Thank you to Lisa, Ashley, Colleen, (from first stay). I wrote more name down except I can’t read my own writing. Thank you Zak for cleaning my room. Thank you to the cafeteria personnel for preparing 3 delicious hot meals a day. Thank you everyone. If I’ve missed anyone I apologize as I didn’t mean too. Sincerely, Anita Brogneri
I have been in 5 different nursing homes and this is the best by far. Activities are awesome. Caroline and Lexi are always active in groups. Therapy is awesome. Always push me to do my best. Everyone on therapy team was helpful and great. Nursing staff was great. Colleen my aide was always kind and helpful. Will from the kitchen went out of his way to help get the food I wanted. Can't say enough good about the place. Thank you to everyone.
I have not been in a nursing home as clean as Concordia Rebecca. My private room was kept clean, the mattress very comfortable, and the food was pretty good too. The entire staff, including OT & PT could not be kinder or more helpful and pleasant.. Pam, Kyle, Jennifer, Debbie, Megan, Carol, Matt, Cory, Melissa and I know I left people out.. were absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. Concordia should recognize all those who were assigned to my care.. many thanks to all those who helped me!
Nursing staff was great, no complaints there. My mom was d/c to home because she met all the requirements with therapies, so I was told by the social worker. She's been home for 5 days and has fallen 4 out of those 5 days. Poor planning on their discharge/therapy departments. Do better.
My dad was here for a short time period - he had the best care on the personal care side of Concordia at Rebecca Residence. The staff and care was beyond exceptional. The environment was so friendly and inviting that my mom decided to volunteer here after my dad’s passing and she really enjoyed volunteering and helping the residents get to their activities. My dad really enjoyed the daily activities.
I had a loved one at Concordia. He just got to come home with us. The facility is absolutely stunning. Everything was so clean and neat. The nurses and nurses aides were fantastic. He loved a nurses aide, her name was Jess. When I was there with him she was always prompt when he would hit his nurses button. Jess was always willing to go above and beyond. She was very caring. You can tell she loves what she does. She always greeted myself and my loved one with a huge smile on her face and a laugh that would light up the room. He said if it wasn't for Jess on that first night he was there he wouldn't have stayed. She made him feel so welcomed. Cracking jokes. Taking her time with him and just overall being a great aide. You could tell this isn't just a job to her it's a passion. Huge thanks to concordia for getting him back home. Although we dont want another short term rehab stay we do recommend Concordia of Rebecca Residence to everyone who needs it. Thanks again!
