They took very good care of my Aunt Sherry and seemed to be very involved and really care. Pleasantly surprised and how attentive they were at following up after her care.
Not too happy with this nursing home. Let my loved one get a medical problem and did not help them. Then after the person had surgery, are not taking care of the wounds. So sad to see anyone treated this way especially when paying for a service and the place is not the cleanest. Very disappointing. In response to below response from owner of nursing home. Thank you for a phone number that when called gets me no person to talk to. You people are a joke. When I or anyone else puts their loved one, and believe me all these people are loved. We expect your company to take care of ours the way you…

Great facility with some amazing new renovation’s. They are now doing dialysis inside the facility which is nice that residents don’t have to go out a few times a week and sit in a center. The facility is really big and sprawling with a place for everyone.
Mary has been wonderful checking on my 95 year old mom since her discharge. She really cares! ❤️
This facility took excellent care of my brother during his extended stay. All of the nursing staff members made me feel confident that he was in great hands. Everyone from the administration offices to the physical therapy staff were always reachable if I had any questions or concerns. My brother is on his way to getting his life back because of their dedication. I thank them all. Joe Kosieroeski.
I strongly discourage anyone from choosing Claremont Nursing Home for the care of a loved one. My aunt was initially placed in respite care and later transitioned to long-term care. From the beginning, the environment raised serious concerns. Her roommate had filled the shared room with excessive personal belongings—stacks of clothing, papers, and even what resembled a pantry area. In the event of an emergency, it would be extremely difficult to safely navigate the room. The facility itself was consistently unclean. There was a persistent odor of urine in both the bedroom and the shared bathroom. During my visits, I frequently found trash on the floor around my aunt’s bed, which I felt compelled to clean myself. Food trays, half-filled cups, and used utensils were often left behind for extended periods, contributing to unsanitary conditions. Additionally, Claremont lost my aunt’s hearing aids—an expensive and essential item—with no satisfactory accountability. The most alarming issue involved a significant lapse in care and communication. My aunt, who has Parkinson’s disease, stopped eating and drinking. It took the facility three full days to notify family of this critical change. She has since been placed in hospice care. The approach to what is described as “compassionate care” is deeply troubling. My aunt was placed in a bed-like recliner and positioned in the nurses’ station for monitoring. However, when I arrived, she was left unattended while staff members were in another room. A staff member wheeled her into a hallway in front of other residents’ rooms, along with a chair for me, offering no privacy or dignity. During this time, both a staff member (a cleaner) and another resident approached and openly questioned her condition. I had to intervene and request privacy while people continued to pass by. This experience raises serious concerns about the level of respect, dignity, and attentiveness provided to residents. Compassionate care should prioritize patient dignity and attentive support—standards that, in my experience, were not met. I cannot recommend this facility based on the conditions and care my aunt is receiving.
Most of the CNA'S were great. PT and OT were great. I had a great repoire with all the staff in Traditions.
The only experience I can report on is the meeting that was held with five members of the care team. They were very professional and made the information easy to understand.
