4.8 · 203 reviewsI can’t say enough about the incredible team at Chestnut Knoll. As someone who works closely with families in crisis, having trusted communities that truly prioritize safety and compassion makes all the difference. I can’t say enough about the incredible team at Chestnut Knoll. As someone who works closely with families in crisis, having trusted communities that truly prioritize safety and compassion makes all the difference. Today, I received a call from a son who was completely overwhelmed as a care taker. Within a couple hours of reaching out to Julie, Chestnut Knoll completed an assessment, arranged transportation, and welcomed her for a same-day admission. Their only priority was making sure she was safe, and they trusted that the logistics could be sorted out later. They not only step up in urgent moments like this, but consistently show up for their residents every day. Their team is deeply engaged, attentive, and places a strong emphasis on therapy and helping residents maintain or regain function, not just providing care, but truly supporting quality of life. This is what real partnership and real care look like. Moments like this remind me that there are communities out there going above and beyond when families need it most
Chestnut Knoll is a great place to live
I have lived at Chestnut Knoll for over 4 years now. The staff have become my family. I eat like a queen. I used to do all the activities, but now I get tired so I only do some. I am happy to be here.

Overall have good experience that could be resolved, staff willing to listen and answer grievances. Comfortable with other residents.
Excellent feels like home.
My husband's sister has resided in Assisted Living for 3=years. The rooms and facility is clean and well maintained. The food, according to her, is very good. The entire staff, well, I cannot say enough good things about the staff, their attentiveness, their friendliness, and the activities and socialization they provide for residents
Great communication with all staff!! Chestnut Knoll has structured care, a safe environment, and a wide range of services. We cannot thank you enough for the love and care you show our mother. What you do is so important. God bless you all!
When my Aunt and Uncle both needed help with dementia and assisted living at the same time, no one would help. Doctors, hospitals etc. I was at my wits end. Then I punched in A place for Mom and within 10 minutes got a call from chestnut knoll and they handled everything for me from paperwork, transportation and getting them settled. I give the place a 10 for administration, nurses, aides for making the move easy and taking a lot of responsibility off my shoulders. This place is a 10 all around and I've been thru a lot of places that were bad. The place is clean with plenty of activities, staff are excellent with care. You need help you just ask .Both of my relatives love it there and they say how nice everybody treats them. They never ask to go back home which should tell you alot. Again I give the place, staff a big 10 excellent !! .
