3.8 · 31 reviewsVery nice and clean during home! The best one out of all in our area! They take good care of their patients!
Very clean facility; staff is very helpful and kind!
Our experience with the Caring Place was nothing short of dismal. Our family member was left many hours before she could get a bedpan or bathroom. The staff simply didn’t respond to the call bell. During Franklin’s Applefest, most of the staff called off so patients were even more abandoned. The nurses were pretty competent but the many of the CNA staff simply didn’t care. The head of social services had the worst communication skills I have ever experienced. She was quick to tell us how much private pay would cost but never saw cared that my family member stayed beyond the Medicare payment…

The head of social services had the worst communication skills I have ever experienced. She was quick to tell us how much private pay would cost but never saw cared that my family member stayed beyond the Medicare payment period because she was not improving. In fact, I believe the frequent urinary tract infections she got were a direct result of her not being offered opportunities to void regularly. There’s a laundry list of things that should have been done better. She is home now and lives independently. TCP staff warned me she was not ready to come home and we took her AMA. She just didn’t get the care she deserved while there

I work there as a travel cna and it’s a nice facility the DON Roger is really down to earth
The Caring Place was nice and very clean. There was some outside space that the residents were able to take advantage of and enjoy. There was an area where the residents could gather to do jigsaw puzzles. The staff who toured us around seemed very friendly and helpful. She's good about following up, providing information, and answering questions that I had. We were very interested in the double bedroom for both my parents to be in together. And I liked how the living area was sort of separate from the bedroom space where they could have a couch and a TV.
I toured the Caring Place. I liked the rooms that had the shower in it. I liked the fact that they can get a couple of different types of juices any time during the day. The staff was friendly. Actually, the residents were friendly, too. They said that the person would have to supply their TV, and they have to pay extra if they want a phone. The rooms are set up differently. Some were like a college dorm type thing with two residents in the room, and then some of the rooms were split with a half wall. So, it was basically individual, but it was like one room that two people would be in with a split wall in between. The staff member who took me around was very friendly and courteous.
Very clean place. Nice people! They take very good care of their patients.
My mother in law fell out of bed they stated they would do something about it. It seems they did nothing other then talk her into hospice care without us knowing about it. She has now passed away, they say suing this place is not worth it so don't send anyone there a church owns it and it's over [amount removed] a month
