Great leadership starts at the top, and that is evident here. The administrator is dedicated, professional, and genuinely invested in creating a positive experience for residents, families, and staff. Their commitment to excellence and willingness to go the extra mile does not go unnoticed.
Caring Heights has truly wonderful to my grandfather during his stay and my family! They gave several resources to continue care at home as well as support during a rough time for our family. Nurses and staff were very attentive and communicated well!
Terrible 😞 that's all I can say
My husband was here for a short period of time for rehab He received excellent care from everyone he encountered Especially the nursing staff, the nurses aides, physical and occupational therapy
It’s rather “old school “ only staying for rehab after a stroke. At first it’s a challenge to control your bladder as wearing adult diapers is a normal and going to the bathroom when you’re in a wheelchair is only a dream occasionally . But it makes one train themselves to escape the situation of having to use the toilet . I am currently there recuperating from a stroke . . . Learning PT is really rather decent, but I just like to push myself . . They don’t always let me 😂 . .. Hopefully I can get back to my life soon !!! Just living in the town down the road !
No complaints. This place really helped my dad recover and were professional and caring. I recommend.
Horrid place. Staff stands around and hides until absolutely necessary, horrible attitudes, have to beg to get any help for my disabled mother. There's a few staff members there that care and they end up going above and beyond to make up for the rest but they're few and far between. I would use great caution in trusting them with the care of a family member. Their lack of basic human empathy is extremely alarming.
I would leave a 0 review, if I could. This place is horrific other than a few people I know. My mom passed away and everytime we would go there mom seemed more and more depressed and waiting for someone after a call button, with long response to get to her. But the kicker is after calling multiple times for my mom’s items, I said to Libby “no one calls me back and I called multiple times and her response was “ when did your mom pass?” I said a month 1/2 ago and her response was “and your just worried about this now? Crazy!!! Disgusting she is! Gross!
