We have provided lawncare for them for the season of 2023 and they will absolutely not respond for the invoice they are responsible for, poor management that does not take any responsibility for the services provided. 100% do not recommend being involved with Corry Cambridge or any branch of them.
My mother had hospice care here. I was told before the evening as shift left that if my mom needed hospice that an on-call nurse was just 5 minutes away. When I had the front desk call the on call nurse; she called the one that was closest. I was told when the on call nurse got there, she was told to go home because she was not the one that was supposed to be called! I asked if she was qualified to give my mother pain meds, she said she was but was told by the supervisor (over the phone - from her home) to go home without helping my mother. I was told when the on call nurse got there, she was told to go home because she was not the one that was supposed to be called! I asked if she was qualified to give my mother pain meds, she said she was but was told by the supervisor (over the phone - from her home) to go home without helping my mother. That the front desk should not have called her. That my mother had to wait for the person that she had designated to be there to be called, get dressed, warm her car (winter), get ice off of windows, and drive there. It was close to an hour before the "correct" qualified nurse was there to relieve my mom of her pain. Another problem with the hospice care at this facility is that the night shift does not stay in hearing distance of the the alarm for help. Instead they are watching TV in the lounge area. So I was ringing for help over and over. Finally I left my mom by herself to go get the person up from the TV to call the on call nurse. The same thing happened when my mom passed. It was the supervisor that sent someone home that could have helped my mother - simply because her orders were not followed that should have been fired. The nurses were absolutely wonderful, caring and thoughtful. But don't set up hospice at this place!
