I just wanted to say since my sister has been here for extended stay it’s been wonderful. She loves the people here. The food is good and I just wanna give you thumbs up a five star and this is a family member that’s saying all of this so I hope you all keep the good work up for my sister while she’s here Ruth Levine thank you much And this is August 30, 2026

I find it concerning all the employees gave this facility 5 star reviews. If you look, not one 5 star review made in the last month has any comments on it. And i know for sure the employee left these 5 stars based off of the names and pictures. I wonder if they were at least compensated for their "star" reviews? If you look at the real review from Ron, who is a first person perspective as the life of a resident, there you will see where the truth really lies. Saber Heath should not be allowed to cash in on the neglect of elderly human beings. There is something seriously wrong with our healthcare system and people need to open their eyes and see what is happening. If they properly trained and paid the staff maybe that would help. If they designated proper nurse/dr ratios to patients it would be a start in the right direction. Or at least had a dr on staff who knew anything about the care of elderly humans with physical and mental disabilities. Saber Health will continue to look at the residence as a medicare cash in. Until that changes this place will remain the same. I am leaving a deserved one star. This place need nothing more. The admin should also take training courses on the tone of sympathy and empathy. They are COLD and NON CONCERNED.

I stopped in to tour this community for a loved one looking for rehab. The staff were very welcoming and answered all of my questions.

★★★★★ During my brother's stay at Bryn Mawr Extended Care's hospice program, our family was deeply touched by the extraordinary kindness, compassion, and dignity shown by every member of the caregiving team. The staff consistently treated my brother with genuine warmth and respect. They kept him clean, comfortable, and cared for while always speaking to him with kindness and humanity. It was clear that they saw him as a person first, and their compassion never wavered. Equally meaningful was the way they cared for our family. We were kept informed, welcomed with positivity, and greeted with sincere kindness every time we visited. Their communication was thoughtful, reassuring, and compassionate during an incredibly difficult time. What we experienced went far beyond professionalism. The dedication of the staff reflected true warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to both patients and families. We will always be grateful for the comfort, dignity, and peace they provided during my brother's final days. Thank you to everyone at Bryn Mawr Extended Care Hospice for the exceptional care and compassion you showed our family. You made a profound difference in our lives, and we will never forget it. Thank you Toni for going the extra mile❤️

I presently live here. I've been here since July 2025. I came here after having G.I. surgery. I have been abused, neglected kept in restraint. I am a quadriplegic and I am a mid 40 white male. I am a republican as well. And they hate me here. They never answer my call bell. They just let it ring four hours. The staff is rude and does not treat you with dignity and respect at all. The food is barely edible. And there is zero accountability because nobody is afraid of the police, nor the ombudsman. And nothing ever changes it just gets worse. The administrator Michelle and lead social worker Lenore act like grown little kids when you have a problem. I've called corporate and nobody ever respond back. I'm trying to find a better place to live. They won't even let me get out of bed and into my wheelchair on some days. I have to call 911 repeatedly because they won't let me down after setting me up for meals and medication. They also won't let you go out by Septa CCT, they make you take their van which is always breaking down. They won't allow takeout deliveries to be brought up to your room they have to be brought up by a staff member. And they won't even reheat your food. They have no microwave use policy. It's terrible especially if you are disabled. I've been abused by two residents as well and had to call the cops. I've been a victim of a hate crime by a female CNA and she kept her job. I had a great daytime aid and they fired him for no reason. Other than he was going to Starbucks for me on his break with my money as a favor. But they let all the bad people stay and keep their jobs that don't work at all. Do not come here they treat you like an inmate and they can't even feed you nutritious meals. And they won't let you leave the property without one of their escorts. And they opened my mail. Recorded me on the cell phones, and stole my check and raise the rent $300 after they lost a facility in Northeast Philadelphia. I lived in nursing home in West Philadelphia for 10 years and never had these kind of problems. I will attach a screenshot of my un edible breakfast this morning they served me. Do not send your loved ones here. Staff members steal from you as well!

I have visited this facility twice to see a friend. I’m trying to be fair, but I have serious concerns based on what I personally observed. First, the facility itself appears poorly maintained. The building is dimly lit, the parking lot has significant potholes, and a section of the iron fence near the entrance is knocked down and has not been repaired. Second, while the front desk staff are polite, there appears to be little to no visitor verification. I was only required to sign in—no ID was requested. I was able to move through the facility without being questioned, despite clearly not being a patient. That raises concerns about safety and oversight. The condition of my friend’s room was unacceptable. It was unclean and not well maintained. The bathroom lacked basic supplies such as soap and toilet paper. His bed had no sheets or blanket. He also stated that linens are not changed regularly, which is concerning from both a hygiene and comfort standpoint. There are also privacy concerns. There is no phone in the room, so he must make calls from a public hallway. Patient rooms are open, and people move freely through the hallways, making it difficult to have any private conversation. While the staff are generally friendly, they appear disorganized and possibly undertrained. During my visit, it took several minutes for a staff member to provide a simple sign-in process, despite the materials being readily available. I sincerely hope my friend improves, but based on what I observed, I do not feel confident that he is receiving the level of care and attention he needs.

Well I can't speak on nothing but, my Mother's short experience there. And it wasn't as nice as it appears they are unprofessional lier's out for one thing. How does a patient feet be so crusty and you ordering supplies for them??? How does a patient be rushed to the hospital and be taken to ICU under your care. Neglect is what it's called. I would not trust my love one in there alone. So many issues problems they come off so nice and concerned I called daily could not get through never transfer to a the correct floor that the patient is on then here comes the attitude. And to sum this up from their lies and mistreatment of my mother 4-2026 I lost my mother under the care of this Nursing home. Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Please be very careful choosing a place for Mom.
