Since Sherry has taken over, she has done an amazing job. The staff is always caring, friendly, and helpful, and they truly go above and beyond for the residents. My father and I have been very pleased with the care and attention he received during his time there. It was reassuring to know he was in such good hands. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate care for a loved one.

Everyone at Brookdale Northampton is friendly and welcoming. They are a vibrant community with so much for their residents to do. The food is fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a personal care or memory care community for a loved one.

As a professional senior living advisor, I have been advocating for the older adult population and their children for 20 years. I have had the pleasure of working with George for many years. In his current role as the Director of Marketing for Brookdale, I have seen first hand the level of expertise, guidance and knowledge as he supports the families that I refer to him. His ability to bring a sense of urgency with a calming tone sets the meeting for just what kind of care that family will receive. He is so genuine that it takes all of the stress and fear away when a family needs to make difficult decisions. I highly recommend Brookdale as many of my clients have had wonderful experiences and the loved ones have a new place to trust and call home. Thank you to a great team! Many of the staff have been there for over 20 years! That says a lot!

Everyone is very friendly including the residents. It is a pleasant place to visit. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

The wing my mom is living in has many people that have incontinence. The day we moved her in, the hall smelled great and then it didn't. It took a while for them to get there and clean it up. Once they did it smelled better again. If a family is coming in to look around and it smells like urine, that would be a turn off. The maintenance people are great and clean everything as fast as they can. The staff, I believe, are changing hands. The main person [name removed] left, the nurses left. I don't know if anyone else left. After my mom moved in, I had some issues at first getting answers to some billing questions. I had to call one person to get the other person to contact me. I haven't had any issues lately.

My mom moved to Brookdale Northampton, and their staff has been there a long time. I think the woman at the desk has been there for 19 years. I think the maintenance guy has been there for like 20 years. It seems like people stay there because the workers seem to like it. It's clean. They're very friendly. It's very nice as far as their dining room. The rooms and the building are nice. You don't feel like you're walking into a nursing home. You feel like you're walking into a home, and everyone's very nice and the residents seem very nice as well. The staff is very nice, but sometimes they're not around and they have a lot to handle. My mom loves the food. She's only been there two weeks, so we haven't experienced everything yet, but they have a lot of things for them to do. I've started to go to a lot of different places and some are more expensive and maybe a little nicer, but too big. And then some are just the same price and not as nice, so I think we did well with this one.

Very "home" set up and feeling, plenty of areas for residents to enjoy small family room, kitchen areas as well as larger spaces. ALL of the staff is friendly, helpful and always around. Facility is immaculate

Though Arleen is in memory care, Mom has fun with Arleen with her entertainment and great get togethers. Mom loves the activities and cocktail hours. Arleen is the best with the people living here. Thank you Arleen! Also Mikey is so great with my mom.
