Mom was here almost 20 years ago, that’s why I am here now. As my older sister said “this is the best place for mom”. My sister had worked here and knew how compassionate and caring this place was and still is.
My Mom has received excellent care by attentive and loving staff for over a decade. Our family continues to be grateful to have our precious Mother in such loving hands!
Conrad House is a dump. The only reason most of the tenants stay is price. Cheap is the operative word when describing the "amenities". In 2024 they installed new air handling equipment outside the West side of the facility. If you like noise it's perfect. They will not work with tennants to abate the noise. So a marginal experience is made worse by 12 straight hours of high pitched noise. For someone with a chronic neurological illness this is unacceptable. It wasn't like this when I moved in. The arrogance of the staff concerning this is unbelievable.
Great senior care facility
If you love your loved ones DO NOT send them to this facility. They are extremely understaffed, have wait times for up to 2 hours. My mother was sent there for rehabilitation when she broke her hip 2024. She was neglected by the aides when she needed help, given a medication that she never should have been given. The staff is unprofessional and didn’t care much for the concerns of the residents. I found the facility to be below standards when it came to cleanliness. No one seemed to care !!!!!! There have been several complaints to the state regarding this facility. Their neglect and medication errors contributed to my mother’s passing. Please if you love your loved ones do not send them to Brevellier Village. If there was a 0 rating that’s what I would give them
I became acquainted with Brevillier Village more than twenty years ago when my mother was here for respite care while we travelled, then an aunt was here when she came under my care. Now I have been here in independent living for seven years and my wife one year in assisted living. As a caretaker for more than thirty years I have seen many levels of care and highly recommend Brevillier Village. It is truly a beautiful place and most affordable for ones on limited income such as my wife and I.. Come take a tour! my my
My mom was there and they took excellent care of her. The staff is excellent.
The accommodations at Conrad House at Brevillier Village were nice and sufficient. It was fairly up-to-date, and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was okay. They have plenty of activities and transportation available for doctors. They have one bedroom and two bedrooms.
